An interbody spinal fusion implant includes a top wall, a bottom wall that is spaced apart from the top wall so that a cavity is formed therebetween, and a sidewall extending between the top wall and the bottom wall. At least a portion of the sidewall includes: a row of a plurality of spaced apart outer struts extending between the top wall and the bottom wall, and a row of a plurality of spaced apart inner struts extending between the top wall and the bottom wall, the row of inner struts being set back a distance from the row of outer struts toward the cavity.

An interbody spinal fusion implant includes a body and a faceplate secured to the body. A recess is formed on a front face of the faceplate and is at least partially bounded by an interior surface. A first screw hole and a spaced apart first locking hole pass through the faceplate from interior surface of the recess. A first locking screw has a shaft threaded into the first locking hole. The first locking screw blocks removal of a bone screw from within the first screw hole when the locking screw is in a retracted position.

An interbody spinal fusion implant includes a tapered body and a faceplate secured to the tapered body. The faceplate has a recess formed on a front face of the faceplate that is at least partially bounded by an interior surface. A first screw hole and a spaced apart first locking slot pass through the faceplate, the first locking slot having an elongated width. A first locking screw has a head and a threaded shaft, the threaded shaft passing through the first locking slot and being sized so that the threaded shaft can slide laterally along a length of the elongated width of the first locking slot. A first nut is disposed between the tapered body and the faceplate, the shaft of the first locking screw being threadedly engaged with the first nut.

A reduction jack for placing a spinal rod within a rod channel of a bone fixation screw includes a mounting stem having a tubular body, a plurality of teeth disposed on the body, a pair of legs projecting from the body, and catches disposed on the legs for engaging the bone fixation screw. A reduction sleeve at least partially encircles the mounting stem. A gear assembly is mounted on the reduction sleeve and engages the teeth on the body such that manipulation of the gear assembly facilitates movement of the reduction sleeve along the mounting stem. A first pawl is pivotably mounted to the reduction sleeve and resiliently biased against the teeth on the body, the first pawl being pivotable between a first position where the first pawl engages the teeth on the body and a second position wherein the first pawl does not engage the teeth on the body.

A bone stabilizing system includes a collar that has a tubular sidewall with an interior surface and an exterior surface each extending between a first end and an opposing second end, the interior surface at least partially bounding a longitudinal passage extending therethrough. The collar also includes a pair of opposing spaced apart channels transversely extending through the sidewall at the first end thereof and a pair of spaced apart bayonet prongs projecting from the first end of the tubular sidewall. A screw has a threaded portion and a head disposed on an end thereof, the head of the screw being disposed within the longitudinal passage of the collar. A locking cap has a hole extending therethrough and a pair of spaced apart bayonet slots formed thereon, the bayonet slots being configured to receive and engage with the pair of bayonet prongs.
