Non-metallic clip connection device

A non-metallic clip connection system includes a non-metallic clip having a substantially rectangular base portion, a first longitudinal flared wing portion, and a second longitudinal flared wing portion, wherein a plurality of edges of the clip along a path of insertion are beveled or radiused. The non-metallic clip connection system also includes a first non-metallic member having a first portion of a non-metallic clip receiver and a second non-metallic member having a second portion of the non-metallic clip receiver. The first non-metallic member is secured to the second non-metallic member by inserting the non-metallic clip in the non-metallic clip receiver. A non-metallic vertebrae bend restrictor and a non-metallic vertebrae end piece may use a non-metallic clip connection system.

A bend stiffener assembly for coupling a tubular member includes a nonmetallic flange member having a central bore for receiving a tubular member and an elastomeric member coupled to the flange member and having a central bore for receiving the tubular member, wherein the elastomeric member is configured to provide a bending resistance to a tubular member extending therethrough.

A clamp assembly for coupling an auxiliary line to a marine riser includes a clamp body having a central axis and an interface radially spaced from the central axis and a clamp cap having an interface configured to be inserted axially into the interface of the clamp body, wherein the clamp body is configured to clamp to the marine riser, and the clamp body and clamp cap are configured to retain the auxiliary line in an aperture formed between the interface of the clamp body and the interface of the clamp cap.

A system, including an inner body, an outer body disposed about the inner body, and a grooved seal, wherein the grooved seal includes a sealing face and first and second side faces, wherein the first side face includes a first groove, the second side face includes a second groove, and the sealing face includes a third groove, wherein one of the inner body or the outer body includes an annular channel, and the grooved seal is disposed in the annular channel to seal an annular space between the inner body and outer body, wherein the sealing face seals against one of the inner body or the outer body, the first side face having the first groove seals against a first sidewall of the annular channel, and the second side face having the second groove seals against a second sidewall of the annular channel.
