Roof drying processes and associated systems. A representative process includes drawing moisture-laden air from within the internal structure of a roof via a vacuum blower, a extraction insert and an extraction manifold, and removing moisture from the moisture-laden air via a dehumidifier. The dry air can be directed back into the roof through an injection insert and an injection manifold.

Systems and methods for drying roofs

Methods, systems, and apparatuses directed to determining the performance of a dehumidifier are disclosed herein. A method of determining dehumidifier performance configured in accordance with one embodiment includes determining an inlet humidity value for airflow entering the dehumidifier, and determining an outlet humidity value for airflow exiting the dehumidifier. The outlet humidity value is determined based at least in part on an efficiency or correction factor for the dehumidifier. The method further includes comparing the inlet humidity value with the outlet humidity value to determine the amount of moisture that the dehumidifier is removing for the air.

Methods and systems for determining dehumidifier performance

A dehumidification system for removing moisture from the air within a structure comprises a refrigerant system and a heat transfer system. The refrigerant system comprises a condenser section and an evaporator section. The heat transfer system comprises a first coil and a second coil. A primary air path extends through the first coil, the evaporator section, and the second coil. A secondary air path extends through the condenser section.
