Embodiments are described herein for systems and methods for authenticating tokenized and/or dynamic physical checks, and authorizing transfers of funds in response to the authentication. In particular, in certain embodiments, a method includes identifying, using at least one processor, a dynamic authentication code of a physical check. The method also includes automatically authenticating, using the at least one processor, the physical check based at least in part on the identified dynamic authentication code. The method further includes automatically authorizing, using the at least one processor, a transfer of funds in response to the authentication of the physical check.

One or more cleaning operations for the portion of the building can be determined based on the received cleaning data, a determined probability of the one or more pathogens being present, and a risk tolerance condition. In response to detecting a trigger for at least one cleaning operation, a command can be generated to perform the at least one cleaning operation, and the command can be transmitted to a cleaning device.

A beacon device at a retail location establishes communication with a user's smart phone device which detection is then send to a remotely located server. A system for neutralizing embers is disclosed. The system includes a laser turret with a sensor array and a laser emitter configured to dispense laser energy. The laser turret can also include a control system configured to move the laser emitter. The laser control system can receive information from the sensor array and sending signals to the control system to move the laser emitter. Using these features, the laser control system can select an incoming ember based on a thermal signature associated with the incoming ember, and the laser control system can issue commands to the control system to direct the laser emitter towards the incoming ember, and the laser emitter can direct laser energy at the incoming ember. The system can also include provisions to track an ember and determine if an ember has been depleted of fuel.

Transaction information may be communicated from the POS device to the mobile device and an authorization from the purchaser to proceed with the transaction returned to the POS device from the mobile device. After authorization, the POS device may communicate the transaction information together with an identifier of the mobile device to a financial institution to process payment. The financial institution may confirm the transaction with the purchaser at the mobile device using the identifier of the mobile device. Upon receiving a confirmation response from the mobile device, the financial institution may then transfer funds from a purchaser account to a merchant account.

The foundation tilt reporting system also includes one or more sensors configured to generate signals indicative of a current tilt of a foundation of a structure. The foundation tilt reporting system further includes one or more processors and memory storing instructions executable by the one or more processors to cause the one or more processors to access a threshold for the foundation, receive the signals indicative of the current tilt of the foundation from the one or more sensors, compare the current tilt of the foundation to the threshold, and instruct the one or more emitters to emit the light to provide an indication in response to the current tilt of the foundation meeting or exceeding the threshold.
