A polymeric container including a finish defining an opening of the container. A body defines an internal volume for storing product therein. A base is at an end of the body opposite to the finish. The base defines a plurality of recesses spaced apart from one another about an axial center of the base.

The finish threads are at an outer surface of the finish, and are configured to cooperate with closure threads of a closure to secure the closure to the finish. The tamper lip extends from the outer surface of the finish, and is configured to replace the support flange during handling, and to cooperate with a tamper band of the closure. A recess is below the tamper lip. The recess retains the tamper band below the tamper lip when the closure is removed from cooperation with the finish. A gripper ring is between the finish threads and the tamper lip. The gripper ring is configured to cooperate with a gripper for grasping the finish.

A pill dispenser including a first primary ramp and a second primary ramp, which is opposite to the first primary ramp. Also included are a first secondary ramp and a second secondary ramp, which is opposite to the first secondary ramp. The first and second secondary ramps are both between the first and the second primary ramps. The pill dispenser further has an outlet including outlet sidewalls and an aperture through which pills are dispensed from, or loaded into, the pill dispenser. The outlet sidewalls extend to the aperture from the first primary ramp, the second primary ramp, the first secondary ramp, and the second secondary ramp.

A container including a finish defining an opening at a first end of the container that provides access to an internal volume defined by the container. A base portion of the container includes a diaphragm that is concave relative to an exterior of the container. The diaphragm extends from a standing surface of the container to a center push-up portion of the base portion. The standing surface is at a second end of the container opposite to the first end. The diaphragm is configured to move from an as-blown first configuration to a second configuration in which the diaphragm is closer to the first end as compared to the first configuration in order to reduce residual vacuum within the container. The diaphragm is generally hemispherical in cross-section when in the second configuration.

A one piece container including a body defining a receptacle and a lid connected to the body with a hinge. The lid includes a flange extending from an inner surface of the lid. The lid is movable between an open position thereby permitting access to the receptacle, and a closed position thereby restricting access to the receptacle. In the closed position, the flange of the lid extends into the receptacle to form a seal between a curved outer surface of the flange and a smooth inner surface of the body. The one piece container is formed as a single unit and may include a desiccant in the body or lid.

A child resistant closure for a container including an inner portion and an outer portion. The inner portion includes internal threads, a plurality of ramped springs, and a plurality of inner drive teeth. The plurality of ramped springs are spaced apart circumferentially about a longitudinal axis of the closure. The plurality of inner drive teeth are spaced apart circumferentially about the longitudinal axis outboard of the plurality of ramped springs. The outer portion is seated over the inner portion and includes a plurality of protrusions spaced apart circumferentially about the longitudinal axis and configured to contact the plurality of ramped springs. The outer portion also includes a plurality of outer drive teeth spaced apart circumferentially about the longitudinal axis outboard of the plurality of protrusions and configured to contact the plurality of inner drive teeth.

A container including a finish defining an opening at a first end of the container that provides access to an internal volume defined by the container. A child resistant closure for use on a container that include an inner closure member having a threaded portion and an outer closure member coupled to the inner closure member for axial translation there between. A series of engagement features extend between the inner and outer closure to permit selective engagement of the outer closure to the inner closure to effect removal of the child resistant closure. The outer closure includes a diaphragm member disposed along the distal end surface of the outer closure. The diaphragm member is inwardly directed and contacts the inner closure member thereby biasing the outer closure member into an operationally disengaged position.

A child resistant closure for use on a container that include an inner closure member having a threaded portion and an inclined surface, and an outer closure member coupled to the inner closure member for axial translation therebetween. A series of engagement features extend between the inner and outer closure to permit selective engagement of the outer closure to the inner closure to effect removal of the child resistant closure. The outer closure includes at least one finger spring member being inwardly directed and contacting the inclined surface of the inner closure member, thereby biasing the outer closure member into an operationally disengaged position. A container comprising a finish, a sidewall portion extending from the finish, a base portion extending from the sidewall portion and enclosing the sidewall portion to form a volume therein for retaining a commodity, and a plurality of horizontally disposed rib members disposed in at least one of the sidewall portion and the base portion. The plurality of horizontally disposed rib members is continuously disposed about the sidewall portion or the base portion and, in some embodiments, defines a perimeter length about 3-5% shorter than perimeter lengths of adjacent lands. The plurality of horizontally disposed rib members providing improved structural integrity such that a pre-fill size of the container is approximately equal to a post-filled, cooled size of the container.
