A device for preventing staining of a boat hull includes: a thru hull mounted through the boat hull, the thru hull including a thru hull body, a flange located on an end of the thru hull body, and a lip protruding from a face of the flange; a drainage device mountable on the thru hull, the drainage device including a drainage device body, an inwardly projecting rim located at least partially around the drainage device body, and a drainage lip protruding from the drainage device body. The inwardly projecting rim is shaped such that the drainage device is secured on the thru hull by locating the inwardly projecting rim around at least a portion of the lip protruding from the face of the flange of the thru hull.

A top mountable on a boat. The top includes a tower having an upper tower portion pivotally connected to a lower tower portion, and a cover connected to the upper tower portion and having a plurality of rigid panels hingedly connected to one another. The top is pivotable and foldable from an erected orientation in which the upper rigid tower portion is positioned directly above the lower rigid tower portion and the rigid panels are oriented in a parallel planar relationship above the upper rigid tower portion to a storage orientation. In the storage orientation the upper rigid tower portion is pivoted relative to the to the lower rigid tower portion and the rigid panels are oriented in a folded orientation relative to one another.

A foldable watersports tower mountable on a boat and suitable to serve as both a watersports tower and provide support for a sun cover. The tower includes a cover frame and a leg supporting the cover frame. The leg includes a first leg section having a lower end and an upper end. The lower end of the first leg section is pivotally mountable adjacent the boat at a first lower pivot location, and the upper end of the first leg section is pivotally connected to the cover frame at a first upper pivot location. The leg includes a second leg section having a lower end and an upper end. The lower end of the second leg section is pivotally mountable adjacent the boat at a second lower pivot location. The upper end of the second leg section is pivotally connected to the cover frame at a second upper pivot location. The tower is foldable so as to be raisable and lowerable between a raised position and a lowered position and the cover frame is capable of remaining in a constant attitude as the tower travels between the raised position and the lowered position.

A notebook computer copy clip for being removably secured to either side or the top of the screen of a notebook computer for holding documents for viewing while using the computer. The copy clip of the includes a spring member and a facia member, each being fabricated from a flexible, resilient material such that the copy clip may be bent to engage a side or the top of a notebook computer screen, and such that when removed, it will return to a planar disposition. To this extent, each of the spring member and the facia member defines a substantially planar configuration. An engagement device is provided for securing the facia member to the spring member. The engagement device includes cooperating engagement tabs and tab receptors defined by the spring member and the facia member. In order to lock the engagement of the facia member with the spring member, the spring member defines a locking member below the engagement tab thereof for engaging the lower extent of the facia member tab receptor. In order to prevent damage to the notebook computer housing, cushions may be carried on the outer tabs of the spring member and the central tab of the facia member. In order to provide a limit for paper placed within the copy clip, and for aligning the paper within the copy clip, the spring member may define raised portions at each end of the first side thereof.
