A flexible seal may be attachable to a moveable barrier and usable to seal selectively along a horizontal lower surface adjacent the moveable barrier and along a vertical upper surface adjacent the moveable barrier. The flexible seal may assume a first orientation to be affixed to a lower edge of the movable barrier and may assume a second orientation to be affixed to an upper edge of the movable barrier. In the first orientation, a central region of the flexible seal contacts the horizonal lower surface. In the second orientation, a first or second end of the flexible seal contacts the vertical upper surface.

An anchor system for securing a lift cable to a bracket of a movable barrier is provided. The anchor system may include a clevis pin sized to be received in a loop of a lift cable of an upward-moving moveable barrier. In some aspects, the clevis pin may include a first interface portion. The anchor system may also include a lock having a longitudinally extending main body having a second interface portion. The second interface portion may be configured to interface with the first interface portion to prevent axial removal of the clevis pin from the loop of the lift cable.

A bracket for securing a lift cable of a movable barrier is provided. The bracket may include a first wall including a first hole and a second wall spaced from the first wall to receive the lift cable therebetween. The bracket may also include a third wall perpendicular to the first wall. The bracket may be shaped to fit within a rail of the movable barrier.

A door includes a plurality of door panels hingedly connected. At least one of the plurality of panels includes a frame, a glazing member, and a retainer member. The frame defines an opening and includes a lip extending into the opening. A front side of the glazing member is disposed adjacent the lip. The retainer member is disposed adjacent a rear side of the glazing member. The retainer member includes a body member, a first leg, a second leg, a third leg, and a fourth leg. At least three of the first, second, third, and fourth legs are configured for receipt into corresponding channels in the frame to secure the retainer member to the frame.

A hinge for movably attaching parts together incudes a first gear, a second gear, a cover configured to attach the first gear to the second gear, first and second sliding surfaces on the cover wherein the first gear slides on the first sliding surface and the second gear slides on the second sliding surface when the hinge is operated, and an area on the first gear with no teeth configured to slide past the second gear to allow the first gear to enter the cover. Assembling a hinge includes moving a surface without gear teeth on a first gear past a toothed surface on a second gear, moving the first and second gears into a cover, meshing a tooth on the first gear with a tooth on the second gear, and holding the first and second gears together with the cover.

A door operator includes: a controller; a sensor operatively connected to the controller, the sensor configured to detect an undesirable condition and communicate a signal to the controller when the undesirable condition is detected; and a door operatively connected to the controller, the controller is configured to cause the door to move from a closed position to a non-closed position when the controller receives the signal. In another aspect, the disclosure describes a method of operating a door. The method includes: detecting an undesirable condition with a sensor; communicating with a controller when the undesirable condition is detected by the sensor; and moving the door from a closed position to a non-closed position when the controller receives the signal.
