A computer implemented method compiles a source code. A computer system loads the source code into a first memory. The computer system loads a rendered source code into a second memory, wherein the rendered source code is a rendered version of the source code. The computer system determines whether a difference is present between the source code in the first memory and the rendered source code in the second memory. The computer system performs a set of actions in compiling the source code in response to determining that the difference between the source code and the rendered source code is present.

Cognitive collation configuration for enhancing multilingual data governance and management

Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are described for generating a customized lightweight web font corresponding to web content and providing the lightweight font to a requesting client device to enable the client device to render the web content using the customized lightweight font. The customized lightweight font only includes glyphs corresponding to those characters that appear in the web content. The file size of the lightweight web font is substantially less than the file size of the complete web font, and thus, there is substantially less latency and overhead associated with downloading the lightweight web font as compared to downloading the entire web font. A glyph demanding assessment can be performed to identify a set of characters contained in the web content such that corresponding glyphs can be extracted from the web font and used to generate the customized lightweight web font.

Further, the system includes a validation module that validates the converted web font associated with the new glyph. An example computer-implemented method includes identifying a newly added globalization function in a modified source code, the globalization function including a message to be output via a user-interface, the message being in a first language. The method also includes generating function-message data that associates a function identifier of the globalization function with a message identifier of the message. The method also includes generating, automatically, a test case for verifying the globalization function outputs the message via the user-interface in a second language using the function-message data. The method also includes creating and broadcasting a test report to a development team, the test report indicating a result of executing the test case.

The computer-implemented method includes receiving, using a processor, a glyph determined to be unavailable for a character representation within text. The processor further searches for a replacement glyph or portions thereof from a group of available glyphs. The processor combines the replacement glyph or portions thereof to form a new glyph. The processor further replaces the unavailable glyph with the new glyph. The processor further displays the new glyph in the text at a location associated with the unavailable glyph.

Techniques provide a framework for dynamic globalization enablement for an application during software development. A globalization development operation information system (GDOIS) retrieves source code for the application, which is assigned to support specified globalization features. The GDOIS evaluates the source code for each of the plurality of specified globalization features. Upon determining that the source code does not include at least a first specified globalization feature, the GDOIS identifies an application programming interface (API) associated with the feature. The GDOIS inserts source code associated with the API into the source code for the application.

Framework for automated globalization enablement on development operations

Adaptive pseudo translation provides dynamic adjustment of a generated pseudo translation based on one or more rules and one or more dynamically detected parameters. Data is received and an adaptive pseudo translation is initiated. A string is extracted from the received data and an encoding and a language of the string are detected. A target language is proactively selected based on a parameter. A buffer size is dynamically determined based on the detected encoding, detected language, and target language. The extracted string is dynamically transformed into pseudo translated text based on the buffer size. The dynamically generated pseudo translation provides a highly accurate mock translation to one or more target languages.

Intelligent pseudo translation

Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer-implemented method of real-time translation evaluation service. A plurality of text translations are received for an input text from a plurality of different machine translation servers. A similarity analyzer is executed that generates a first similarity score for each given text translation of the plurality of text translations by comparing the given text translation with others of the plurality of text translations. A translation evaluator is executed that generates a second similarity score for each given text translation by comparing similarity of the given text translation with a plurality of comparison factors that include company word/term usage guidelines and product translation consistency rules. A best translation is identified and transmitted to an integrated development environment. The identification being based at least in part on the first similarity scores and the second similarity scores.
