A conveying device for moving a carrying plate includes a pulling mechanism in the form of a belt. To pull the carrying plate, the belt is contacted against the carrying plate via a magnetic force of at least one permanent magnet. The carrying plate is then entrained by the belt as a result of static friction or sliding friction.

Conveying device

A processing station for a processing line, having a module platform () and a plurality of withdrawable modules () that can be introduced into it has a transporting device () for transporting workpieces () to be processed at the processing station (). According to the invention, the transporting device () includes a plurality of part-transporting devices (), and one part-transporting device () is associated with each withdrawable module () and is solidly connected to the withdrawable module (). A conveyor includes at least one workpiece carrier, a drive provided for the workpiece carrier and defining a plane of conveyance; an inner guide and an outer guide having a curved outer guide section and defining a conveyor track for the workpiece carrier; the inner guide includes a curved inner guide section that is assigned to the curved outer guide section. The convexly curved inner guide section is situated such that it is offset radially inwardly relative to the curved outer guide section and opposite an imagined tangential extension of a first and a second straight inner guide section.

A conveyor system includes a conveyor track and at least one workpiece carrier that includes a first control curve and a second control curve, and a first control curve tracker and a second control curve tracker that are assigned to the conveyor track. The first control curve tracker is arranged in a first control engagement with the first control curve, and the second control curve tracker is arranged in a second control engagement with the second control curve. The control curves and associated control curve trackers are arranged so that the at least one workpiece carrier can be deflected laterally off of a subsection of the conveyor track via the interaction of the first control engagement and the second control engagement.

The positioning device for positioning a movable conveyed goods carrier on a conveyor track in a clamped position includes a stop device (); a movement device for a positioning movement and a drive () for driving the movement device. The movement device has a positioning element (), which is engagable with a positioning counter element (), so that the conveyed goods carrier () is clamped between the movement device and the stop device (). The movement device also has a clamping arrangement including the positioning element () and two clamping parts (), which is movable by the drive () from an out-of-engagement configuration into a clamping configuration, in which it exerts a holding force on the conveyed goods carrier () in cooperation with the stop device (). A tensioning device () for tensioning at least two, substantially length-invariant belts () includes a first belt () guided about a first axis (A), which repeatedly guides an adjusting movement in an adjustment direction substantially orthogonal to the axial direction of the first axis (A). In addition, the first belt () and a second belt () are guided about a common second axis (B), whereby the tensioning directions (V, V) of the first belt () and of the second belt () in a region of the second axis (B) forms a varying angle of between 0&#xb0; and 180&#xb0;. The second axis (B) is associated with a spring unit (), which prestresses in the sense of the tensioning of the first belt () and the second belt () and which, upon an adjusting movement of the first axis (A), permits a compensating movement of the second axis (B) from the plane covered by the axial direction of the second axis (B) with the tensioning directions (V, V) of the first belt () and of the second belt (), respectively, before initiating of the adjusting movement.
