A management system for a wind energy plant including at least one control unit, and a method using the management system are disclosed. The management system is used to coordinate component modules of the wind energy plant with vibration damping modules and/or load reduction modules, wherein a sensor system supplies data of the operating states of the component modules for a system analysis. For this purpose, reactive vibrations and/or predictive forecasts of vibrations of the wind energy plant, and predictive disturbance variables are registered, and the vibration damping modules and/or load reduction modules in the control unit are activated, wherein an actuator carries out damping measures and/or load reduction measures on the component modules in accordance with the vibration damping modules and/or load reduction modules of the control unit.

A method for determining total damage to at least one rotating component of a drive train in a system, in particular a wind or wave energy system, includes determining over time during operation of the system a variable characterizing a rotational speed of the component and a variable characterizing a torque transmitted by the component. An electromagnetically actuatable valve for brake systems in motor vehicles, comprises a hydraulic part and an electric part. The valve is partially placed inside a valve block, in which an inlet borehole and an outlet borehole for a hydraulic fluid are made. The hydraulic part comprises a valve element inside of which a transversal borehole is made that communicates with the inlet borehole. In addition, a number of longitudinal boreholes, which are connected to the outlet borehole, are made in the valve element. The transversal borehole and the longitudinal boreholes are connected via a closing element. The valve enables a controlled opening and closing of the closing element thereby making a low-noise switching of the valve possible.
