The present disclosure provides a backlight module and a display device. The backlight module includes: a back plate including a bottom wall and a side wall coupled thereto, with the bottom wall and the side wall defining an accommodating space; a light guide plate disposed in the accommodating space and including: a light outgoing surface disposed away from the bottom wall, a bottom surface disposed toward the bottom wall, and a light incident surface coupled between the light outgoing face and the bottom face; a light source disposed in the accommodating space and configured to emit light toward the light incident surface; and a composite film located on a side of the light guide plate away from the bottom wall and including a diffuser sheet and a plurality of prism sheets combined together and sequentially arranged in a direction away from the light guide plate.

The present disclosure relates to a backlight module and a display device. The backlight module includes: a heat sinking plate; a mold frame fixed to the heat sinking plate and surrounding a region on the heat sinking plate; and a reflection plate disposed in the region surrounded by the mold frame such that the reflection plate can be moved relative to the heat sinking plate.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a device for controlling luminance, a method of controlling luminance and a display device. The method of controlling luminance may comprise: obtaining a theoretical white balanced luminance value for each color of sub-pixel included in N pixels; obtaining a luminance controlling value for other colors of sub-pixels except for a icolor of sub-pixel included in each of the N pixels; and adjusting luminance of the other colors of sub-pixels except for the icolor of sub-pixel included in each pixel according to the luminance controlling value. The method of controlling luminance can be used in luminance controlling devices.

The present disclosure provides a method of eliminating a black border of a display device, a display device and a detecting device. The display device includes a cover plate and a display panel, which are configured in a stack; the cover plate includes a light transmissive region and a non-light transmissive region located around the light transmissive region. The display panel includes a display area corresponding to the light transmissive region. The display area includes a first sub-display area and a second sub-display area around the first sub-display area. A size of the display area is greater than a size of the light transmissive region of the cover plate and pixels of the second sub-display area on at least one side are configured to display the same color as the color of the non-light transmissive area.
