Embodiments of the present invention provide an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof and a touch display device. The array substrate comprises multiple data lines, multiple gate lines and multiple thin film transistors. The data lines and the gate lines intersect with each other in different planes to divide the array substrate into multiple pixel units, in each of which a thin film transistor is provided, wherein the array substrate further comprises multiple first touch sensing electrodes and multiple second touch sensing electrodes. The first touch sensing electrodes are provided below active regions of the thin film transistors and also serve as metal shielding layers for blocking light emitted by a backlight source. The first touch sensing electrodes and the second touch sensing electrodes intersect with each other in different planes, and capacitances are formed at intersections of the first touch sensing electrodes and the second touch sensing electrodes.

Array substrate and manufacturing method thereof, and touch display device

An array substrate is provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate, and a buffer layer, a semiconductor layer, a gate insulation layer, a gate metal layer, an interlayer dielectric layer, a source/drain metal layer and a pixel electrode layer that are subsequently formed on the base substrate, and a common electrode layer formed between the base substrate and the buffer layer. The array substrate has an increased storage capacitance and an improved maintenance ratio of pixel voltage, suppresses the unfavorable phenomenon like flicker of the display device. A method for manufacturing an array substrate and a display device including such an array substrate are also provided.

There are provided an array substrate and a display apparatus. The array substrate comprises a voltage driving circuit () for driving display pixels to display images, a current sensing circuit (), and further comprises test pixels (), a current comparison circuit (), and a voltage compensation circuit (), wherein the current sensing circuit () is connected to the test pixels () and the current comparison circuit (), and the current comparison circuit () is connected to the voltage compensation circuit (); the current comparison circuit () compares the current value of the current sensed by the current sensing circuit and flowing through the test pixels () with a set threshold, and outputs the comparison result to the voltage compensation circuit (); and the voltage compensation circuit () compensates for the driving voltage of the voltage driving circuit () when the current value is smaller than the set threshold. The array substrate can compensate for the current of the display pixels to avoid occurrence of the pixel degradation.

There provide a shift register unit, a gate driving circuit and a display device. The shift register unit includes an input module, an output module, a pulling-down driving module, a pulling-down module and a resetting module. The input module is connected to a first input signal terminal, a first direct current signal terminal, a second input signal terminal and a second direct current signal terminal respectively. The output module is connected to a first clock signal terminal. The pulling-down driving module is connected to the first clock signal terminal, a second clock signal terminal and a low voltage signal terminal. The pulling-down module is connected to the low voltage signal terminal. The resetting module is connected to the second clock signal terminal and the low voltage signal terminal respectively. The noise of the shift register unit can be reduced and the stability of the shift register unit can be enhanced.

The invention discloses a capacitive in-cell touch panel and a display device. Since at least two neighboring gate lines on a common array substrate and the gates connected with them serve as a first touch sensing electrode, at least two neighboring data lines on the common array substrate and the sources connected with them serve as a second touch sensing electrode, and there is no need to further add a new film layer on the existing array substrate, this may reduce the number of masking in the production process, decrease the thickness of the touch panel and lower the production cost; moreover, a time divisional driving mode is adopted in the touch-control time period and the display time period, which may avoid the interference between the display signal and the touch-control driving signal, and guarantee the quality of a display picture and the accuracy of the touch-control.

The shift register unit comprises: an input module configured to charge a pull-up node in response to the input signal; a pull-down module configured to provide the low voltage signal to the pull-up node and the output terminal in response to a voltage signal of the pull-down node; a pull-down driving module configured to charge a pull-down node in response to the first clock signal and the second clock signal and discharge the pull-down node in response to the voltage signal of the pull-up node; an output module configured to provide a first clock signal to an output terminal in response to a voltage signal of the pull-up node; and a reset module configured to discharge the output terminal in response to the second clock signal.

A thin film transistor is arranged in each pixel region and includes a gate electrode, a source electrode, a drain electrode, and an active region. The gate electrode is arranged above the active region. The source electrode and the drain electrode are arranged at two opposite sides of the active region respectively. A light shielding metal layer is further arranged in each pixel region. The light shielding metal layer and the data lines are arranged in the same layer on the substrate. The light shielding metal layer is arranged under the active region and at least partially overlaps with the active region. The data line is close to the source electrode and does not overlap with the active region at least partially.

The present invention provides an array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate comprises a plurality of data lines and a plurality of common electrode lines, wherein, the array substrate further comprises at least one discharge unit, each discharge unit corresponds to one of the plurality of data lines and is connected between the corresponding data line and one of the plurality of common electrode lines, and each discharge unit can selectively conduct the data line to the common electrode line connected thereto. The method for display compensation includes: measuring luminance of each of pixels in a full-color test picture outputted from a display apparatus in a uncompensated status when the display apparatus outputs the full-color test picture; obtaining a reference luminance value according to the measured luminance values of the respective pixels; obtaining compensation coefficients for the respective pixels according to the reference luminance value and the luminance values of the respective pixels; performing a compensation and correction on signals inputted to the respective pixels respectively according to the compensation coefficients. By utilizing the method, the issue of the non-uniformity of the display effect in the display apparatus can be addressed effectively.

A pixel unit comprising a thin film transistor, a pixel electrode and a common electrode is provided. The common electrode and the pixel electrode form a capacitor. The pixel electrode is integrated with a drain of the thin film transistor. An array substrate comprising the pixel unit, a manufacturing method of the array substrate and a display device comprising the array substrate are also provided. In the pixel unit provided by the present invention, since the pixel electrode is integrated with the drain of the thin film transistor, it is not required to provide connection vias, so the manufacturing cost of an array substrate comprising the pixel unit is reduced.
