A flow control valve apparatus is provided in which a main valve adjusts the flow rate of cooling water by operating a plurality of ports and a sub-valve that operates with the main valve adjusts the flow rates of the cooling water circulating through a cylinder block and a cylinder head. The flow rate of the cooling water is variously adjusted based on the operation conditions of a vehicle.

Flow control valve apparatus

A flow control valve apparatus switches a circulation direction of cooling medium according to a rotated position of a valve, and a disc provided in the valve controls the flow rate of the cooling medium flowing through a plurality of flow paths, so that the flow rate control of the cooling medium is diversified according to various conditions to improve cooling performance by efficiently circulating the cooling medium.

A cylinder block includes: a plurality of cylinders; a water jacket through which a coolant flows along an outer periphery of the plurality of cylinders; and insertion members which are inserted into the water jacket formed at both sides of the plurality of cylinders in order to separately cool upper and lower portions of the plurality of cylinders, in which the insertion members restrict a flow of the coolant at a lower side of the water jacket and generate a flow of the coolant at an upper side of the water jacket.

A water jacket for a cylinder head includes: an upper body disposed at an upper part of the cylinder head inside the cylinder head and through which a coolant flows; a lower body disposed under the upper body inside the cylinder head and through which the coolant flows; and a connector disposed corresponding to a position of an exhaust valve between the upper body and the lower body and integrally connected to the upper body and the lower body. Tt least one penetration hole is formed in the connector along a length direction.

An electric water pump includes an electric motor having a stator which generates an electromagnetic field by control signals supplied from a driver and a rotor which rotates by the electromagnetic field generated by the stator. An impeller is connected to and rotates with the rotor to circulate a coolant. An inside space of the electric water pump may include a motor room in which the electric motor is disposed, a volute room in which the impeller is positioned, and a pump driver room in which the pump driver is positioned.

Disclosed is a canned motor for restraining a cogging torque from being generated by inserting magnetic metal pins into slot openings of a stator, thereby reducing noise and vibrations during an operation of the canned motor. The canned motor includes: a can inserted into a housing to seal a coil mounted within the housing; and a stator installed on an outer peripheral surface of the can and inserted along an inner peripheral surface of the housing. A plurality of fixing guides protrude from an outer peripheral surface of the can and metal pins are inserted into the fixing guides to be integral with the fixing guide, such that the metal pins are inserted into and attached to slot openings of the stator when inserted into the stator.
