Provided is a method for manufacturing an aerogel blanket, and an aerogel blanket having uniform thermal conductivity inside a substrate, wherein the method is capable of simplifying manufacturing equipment by performing gelation while rotating a substrate for a blanket into which a catalyzed sol is impregnated, improving manufacturing efficiency by controlling manufacturing time regardless of the thickness of the aerogel blanket, and improving thermal conductivity by uniformly forming aerogel in the substrate for a blanket.

Aerogel blanket and method for manufacturing same

The present invention provides an aerogel blanket including a blanket base, aerogel coupled on the surface of the blanket base, and aerogel located at a space between the blanket bases, the aerogel coupled on the surface of the blanket base is 50 wt % based on the total weight of aerogel, wherein the aerogel blanket has the number of aerogel particles separated from the aerogel blanket ranging from 13,600 to 90,000 per ft, when vibrating the aerogel blanket at a frequency of 1 Hz to 30 Hz for 2 hours to 10 hours.

Provided is an apparatus for preparing an aerogel blanket, the apparatus comprising: a bobbin around which a blanket is wound; a body provided with a gelling tank in which the bobbin is accommodated; a driving member configured to allow the bobbin accommodated in the gelling tank to rotate; and a silica sol supply member configured to gelate the blanket as silica sol is injected into the gelling tank to impregnate the blanket rotating by the bobbin.

Apparatus and method for preparing aerogel blanket

Provided is an aerogel blanket and a method for producing the same, wherein a catalyzed sol I sufficiently and uniformly impregnated into a blanket in an impregnation tank, and the catalyzed sol is allowed to stay in the impregnation tank for a specific time to control fluidity while achieving a viscosity at which the catalyzed sol can be easily introduced into the blanket, thereby forming a uniform aerogel in the blanket. As a result, the uniformity of pore structure and thermal insulation performance of an aerogel blanket are improved, the loss of raw materials is reduced through the impregnation process, the occurrence of process problems is reduced, and the generation of dust is reduced.

A heating apparatus using liquefied gas includes: a combustion unit where the liquefied gas is combusted in a vaporized state; a vaporization unit providing a vaporization space in which the liquefied gas supplied from a fuel receiving unit receiving the liquefied gas is vaporized and thermally separated from the combustion unit; and a thermoelectric element unit including a high-temperature input unit maintaining a high-temperature state by the combustion unit and a low-temperature input unit maintaining a relatively lower temperature than the high-temperature input unit by the liquefied gas vaporized in the vaporization unit and generating power by using a temperature difference between the high-temperature input unit and the low-temperature input unit, and the vaporization unit maintains a low-temperature state by using vaporization of the liquefied gas and is thermally separated from the combustion unit so as to prevent a temperature from rising by the combustion unit to increase power generation efficiency of the thermoelectric element unit.
