A light emitting diode (LED) module includes a plurality of LED strings and a module controller. The LED strings are connected to each other in parallel, and each of the LED strings emits light that has a different color temperature from that of the other LED strings. The module controller is configured to detect an input voltage applied to the plurality of LED strings, adjust a color temperature of the light emitted by the plurality of LED strings by adjusting a ratio of current respectively supplied to each of the plurality of LED strings based on the input voltage, and reduce a change in a luminous flux of the light emitted by the plurality of LED strings regardless of the color temperature of the light emitted by the plurality of LED strings.

LED module and lighting apparatus

A light emitting diode driving apparatus includes a rectifier, a converter, a feedback circuit, and a controller. The rectifier converts alternating current power to direct current (DC) power. The converter supplies driving power to a plurality of LEDs based on the DC power. The feedback circuit generates a feedback signal based on a current flowing in the plurality of LEDs and adjusts a magnitude of the feedback signal. The controller changes a maximum value of a current output by the converter based on the adjusted magnitude of the feedback signal.

The at least one LED string includes a voltage compensation unit, to compensate for a difference in forward voltage levels between the at least one LED string and the different LED string.

LED driving device

A circuit drives a light emitting diode (LED) lamp based on alternating current (AC) power received from a ballast stabilizer. The circuit includes an inductive load, a rectifying circuit, and an output circuit. The inductive load is coupled to and receives the AC power from the ballast stabilizer. The rectifying circuit is electrically coupled to the inductive load and rectifies the AC power to produce a unidirectional current. The output circuit receives the unidirectional current from the rectifying circuit, and produces an output current for driving the LED lamp. Various additional circuits and illuminating apparatuses for producing light from AC power using a LED lamp are also provided.

Driving light emitting diode (LED) lamps using power received from ballast stabilizers

Provided are a light source driving apparatus, a light source device including the same, and a light source driving method. The light source driving apparatus includes: a first external input terminal and a second external input terminal; a thermistor with an end connected to the first external input terminal; a discharge resistor with an end connected to the second external input terminal; and a switch which selectively connects, according to a control signal, another end of the discharge resistor to another end of the thermistor or the first external input terminal to the other end of the thermistor.

Light source driving apparatus, light source device including the same and light source driving method of the light source driving apparatus

A light source driving device includes a transformer, a rectifying diode, a filter, and an open loop preventing circuit. The transformer has a primary winding part including first and second external input terminals configured to receive external power from a ballast stabilizer and a coil having an impedance level set to allow the ballast stabilizer to output a normal amount of power, and a secondary winding part electromagnetically coupled to the primary winding part to transform received external power. The rectifying diode rectifies power from the secondary winding part, and the filter filters the rectified power from the rectifying diode. The open loop preventing circuit provides a closed loop to the filter such that power stored in the filter is applied to the output terminal when the rectifying diode is turned off.

Specifically, the antimicrobial and anticancer peptides synthesized from the shortest length of Gaegurin 5, show potent antimicrobial activity against gram positive and negative strains, good safety with very low hemolytic activity and favorable advantages such as drug absorption and drug transportation due to its advantageous structural property, which can be useful as a potent antimicrobial or anticancer agent.
