A method of recycling a composite container for a high-pressure gas is carried out so as to recover carbon fibers in a long fiber state, using a recovering apparatus that can separate the inner and outer containers of a composite container for a high-pressure gas such as a hydrogen tank and take carbon fibers out of the outer container without cutting it in order to recycle the composite container, in order to increase the degree of recovery of carbon fibers and improve the efficiency of recycling.

The present invention relates to a sound absorbing and insulating material with improved heat resistance and moldability and a method for manufacturing the same, more particularly to a sound absorbing and insulating material having, as a surface layer, a heat-resistant material prepared by impregnating a binder into a nonwoven fabric formed of a heat-resistant fiber stacked on one side of a base layer formed of a conventional sound absorbing and insulating material, and a method for manufacturing the same. The sound absorbing and insulating material of the present invention is a conventional sound absorbing and insulating material has improved sound-absorbing property, flame retardancy, heat-insulating property and heat resistance as compared to the conventional sound absorbing and insulating material, is applicable to parts maintained at high temperatures of 200&#xb0; C. or higher due to the surface layer and is moldable into a desired shape during the curing of the binder impregnated into the surface layer. Therefore, the sound absorbing and insulating material of the present invention can be widely used in industrial fields requiring sound absorbing and insulating materials, including electric appliances such as an air conditioner, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a lawn mower and the like, transportation such as an automobile, a ship, an airplane and the like, construction materials such as a wall material, a flooring material and the like, and so forth.

The present invention provides a multilayer dash isolation pad having superior formability and sound absorption performance. The multilayer dash isolation pad includes a decoupler and a sound absorption and insulation layer. The decoupler is a soft felt manufactured from urethane foam or octalobal cross-section fiber, and the sound absorption and insulation layer includes a compressed felt manufactured from octalobal cross-section fibers. In particular, the shape factor (&#x3b1;) of the octalobal cross-section fiber is 2.0 to 2.7. Particularly, the multilayer dash isolation pad according to the present invention does not decrease thickness or be contracted upon press molding after pre-heating felt, such that superior formability in components can be obtained and a sound absorption coefficient may be enhanced without increase in the weights and thicknesses of the decoupler and the sound absorption and insulation layer.

Disclosed is a highly heat resistant sound absorbing material for a vehicle capable of maintaining a shape even at high temperatures of about 200&#xb0; C. or above and which satisfies UL 94V-0 flame retardancy. Disclosed is a polylactic acid composition with improved heat-resistance and improved impact-resistance. Specifically, in the disclosed polylactic acid composition, both impact strength and heat-resistance are improved by mixing 30 to 80 wt % of polyketone and 10 to 40 wt % of modified rubber. The disclosed polylactic acid composition does not only exhibit excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, fuel permeation resistance, abrasion resistance, etc., but also has improved impact-resistance and improved heat resistance.
