A display device includes: a substrate; a circuit layer on a first surface of the substrate; a circuit board on a second surface of the substrate opposite to the first surface; and a display driving circuit on the circuit board to supply data signals of data lines. The substrate includes: a first support layer and a second support layer; and a pad conductive layer between the first support layer and the second support layer, and including signal pads connected to the circuit board, and pad connection lines connected to the signal pads. The circuit layer further includes: data connection lines in a non-display area electrically connected to the data lines; and data bridge lines electrically connecting data pad connection lines of the pad connection lines and the data connection lines to each other. An end of each of the data bridge lines is aligned with an edge of the substrate.

Display device and method of manufacturing the same

A display device includes a pixel, the pixel including: a light emitting element; a first pixel circuit including at least one capacitor and at least one transistor, and to generate a sweep signal that changes linearly over time from a voltage level of a data signal received through a data line; and a second pixel circuit including at least one transistor, and to adjust a duty cycle of a current flowing through the light emitting element based on the sweep signal.

Display device

Provided is a display device including a substrate, a circuit layer disposed on a first surface of the substrate, a light emitting element layer, and a circuit board disposed on a second surface of the substrate. The circuit layer includes pixel drivers, gate lines, a first power supply line and a second power supply line respectively transmitting a first power and a second power, and a gate driver including stages electrically connected to the gate lines, respectively. The second power supply line is electrically connected to the circuit board through power connection portions. The power connection portions are disposed between a number of the stages adjacent to a curved corner of the substrate among the stages of the gate driver.

A pixel circuit including a constant current driver including a first driving transistor for controlling a current through a light-emitting element, a first electrode thereof being connected to a first power source, and a second electrode thereof being connected to an anode electrode of the light-emitting element, and an emission time controller including a second driving transistor between a second power source and the constant current driver, and configured to control the emission time by turning off the first driving transistor after a time at which a Pulse Width Modulation data voltage corresponding to an input image is applied to a gate electrode of the second driving transistor, and based on a magnitude of the PWM data voltage, wherein the second driving transistor is turned on based on the magnitude of the PWM data voltage, to transfer a driving voltage from the second power source to the constant current driver.

Pixel circuit and driving method for display device including the pixel circuit

A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a non-display area, a pixel circuit portion disposed on the substrate and including a transistor that drives a pixel, and a display element portion disposed on the pixel circuit portion and including a pixel electrode electrically connected to an electrode of the transistor through a bridge pattern. The pixel circuit portion includes a first capping layer disposed between the bridge pattern and the pixel electrode, and the pixel electrode and the bridge pattern are multiple metal layers including a same material.

An emission driver includes stages including a first group of stages. Each of the stages of the first group among the stages include a first carry signal output component that outputs a carry signal having a turn-on level based on a voltage of a first node, and outputs the carry signal having a turn-off level based on a voltage of a second node; a first emission signal output component that outputs an emission signal having a turn-on level based on the voltage of the first node, and outputs the emission signal having a turn-off level based on the voltage of the second node; a first node voltage setting component that sets the voltage of the first node; and a second node voltage setting component that sets the voltage of the second node.

Emission driver and display device including the same

A display device includes a display panel including a data driver that converts input data into a data signal and supplies the data signal to an output line, a pixel unit including pixels that display an image based on the data signal, a demultiplexer including transistors electrically connected to the output line in the display panel, and transmitting the data signal from the output line to data lines electrically connected to the pixels, and a timing controller that supplies control signals to control a supply timing of the data signal. A number of the transistors are electrically connected in series, and others of the transistors are electrically connected in parallel.

A light emission driver includes a plurality of stages outputs a light emission control signal. Each of the stages includes an input circuit controlling voltages of a first node and a second node, an output circuit supplying a voltage of first power or a second power to an output terminal, a first signal processor controlling a voltage of a fourth node based on a signal supplied to a third input terminal and a voltage of a fifth node, a second signal processor controlling the voltage of the fourth node in response to the voltage of a third node, a first stabilizer limiting voltage drops of the first node and the second node, and a second stabilizer controlling an electrical connection between the third node and the first node in response to the voltage of the fourth node.
