A hermetic compressor may include a frame, a crankshaft, and an oil pump. The crankshaft may be rotatably mounted to the frame. The oil pump may be mounted to a lower portion of the crankshaft to be rotatable together with the crankshaft. The oil pump may pump oil from a lower region to an upper region of a shell using centrifugal force. The crankshaft may be provided with a hollow hole therein that is inclined in two directions with respect to an axial direction of the crankshaft. This may result in increasing a dynamic pressure for scattering the oil to the upper region of the shell and an oil supply amount.

Hermetic compressor

A hermetic compressor includes an electric motor that includes a rotor having a plurality of permanent magnets inserted into a rotor core, a connection part made of a non-magnetic material and provided at an axial end portion of the rotor core, and an inertial core made of a magnetic material and provided at an axial end of the connection part. The connection part includes a plurality of first fixing portions, a plurality of second fixing portions spaced apart from the plurality of first fixing portions in an axial direction, and a plurality of link portions disposed between the plurality of first fixing portions and the plurality of second fixing portions.

Disclosed are a compressor and a refrigerating machine having the same, wherein a bearing member (ball bearing) is installed between both thrust bearing surfaces and an elastic member is disposed between the bearing member and at least one of the thrust bearing surfaces so as to allow a rolling contact between the ball bearing and the thrust bearing surface or a washer, thereby reducing a frictional loss at the thrust bearing surface and enhancing the performance of the compressor.
