The invention provides compounds of formula ##STR1## wherein A and B are hydrogen and R is hydrogen or cycloalkyl, or A and B together form an additional bond and R is cycloalkyl or cycloalkyl-alkyl. Useful in treating pathological disturbancies involving an anoxia factor.

The invention provides compound of formula ##SPC1## Wherein R.sub.1 is alkyl or substituted or unsubstituted phenyl or 3-pyridyl, and R.sub.2 is hydrogen, halogen, alkoxy or trifluoromethyl, methoxy or methylthio. The compounds are useful as analgesic agents.
