A ventilating fan includes a frame, a casing in which a fan motor is mounted, an adapter connected to an air outlet of the casing, a switch, and a junction box for connection of electric wires, where the frame has a bottom surface formed with an air inlet and a side surface provided with an air outlet, wherein any one of surfaces of the junction box is formed with an opening for mounting of the switch and the switch is fixed directly to the opening of the junction box. With the ventilating fan according to the embodiments of the present invention, although a switch is disposed, the cost is not increased and the area of an air path is not narrowed, and the switch can also be conveniently operated.

Ventilating fan

A ventilator illumination device, including a light-emitting module for housing a light-emitting unit and a power box module for housing a power supply supplying direct current for the light-emitting unit, wherein an anti-reversal installation structure is provided on the light-emitting module and the power box module, the anti-reversal installation structure limiting the light-emitting unit to be installed only in a state that the light-emitting unit faces towards one predetermined direction. The illumination device is easy to install and prevents inversion of the light-emitting unit, thus ensuring proper brightness of the light irradiated by the light-emitting unit into the room.

Ventilation illumination device

A ventilator includes an opening formed on a bottom surface, a rectangular frame provided with a flange, a volute provided with a fan motor inside, and a connector connected to an air outlet of the volute. Four side surfaces of the frame excluding the top surface and the bottom surface tilt towards the outer lower side in a direction from the top surface to the bottom surface, and the opening area of the bottom surface is larger than that of the top surface. The ventilator saves packaging and installation costs, and further facilitates installation between the roof and the ceiling.

Ventilation fan

A ceiling mounted airway device with illumination, which includes a main housing, a lamp and a lamp fixing part to detachably fix the lamp to an inner wall of the main housing. The main housing includes: a first opening for exhausting air out of the main housing; and a second opening for sucking air into the main housing. The lamp includes: an electrically conductive contact terminal located at an upper end of the lamp and electrically powered via the lamp fixing part; and a flange protruding from a surface of the lamp and located below the electrically conductive contact terminal. The device further includes a shield for supporting the flange which is substantially in form of a cylinder and surrounds the electrically conductive contact terminal and the lamp fixing part.

Ceiling mounted airway device with illumination

A spring fixing structure includes a louver provided with a stopping member and a louver fixation portion thereon, and a spring disposed on the louver, the spring including a spring fixation portion fixed on the louver fixation portion and two arcuate spring legs. The stopping member is provided with a retaining mechanism for retaining the spring. The spring of the present invention can be easily mounted on the louver and prevented from being deformed.

A wire detachment-preventing structure includes: a circuit board box, a housing provided with a wiring outlet and constituting the circuit board box, a terminal block for connecting a wire and provided on the circuit board box and provided with a wiring inlet; the circuit board box is provided with a wire detachment-preventing rib, the wiring inlet and the wiring outlet are provided on one same side of the wire detachment-preventing rib, a first passageway is formed between the wiring outlet and the wire detachment-preventing rib, a second passageway is formed between the wire detachment-preventing rib and the housing, and the wire from the wiring outlet bypasses the wire detachment-preventing rib through the second passageway and leads to the wiring inlet through the first passageway so as to form a U shape. By use of the wire detachment-preventing rib, the wire is not easily detached from the wiring inlet.

Wire detachment-preventing structure

A ventilating device includes a rectangular frame, a louver, an adapter, a helix shell and a circuit board box. A mounting base at a bottom surface of the helix shell is configured for installation of a plurality of functional units thereon. The mounting base is provided with a base circuit board for interfacing with the functional units, and the circuit board box is coupled to the mounting base by a lead wire. Both the circuit board box and the mounting base include a hole, through which the lead wire passes. These holes are arranged in a linear manner in an up-down direction arranged at the side towards an air outlet. The plurality of functional units are configured to be freely assembled or disassembled individually to or from the mounting base.

Ventilating device

The present invention provides a ventilating fan. In the ventilating fan, first and second flangings are extended outwards from vertical side edges and horizontal side edges of the air inlet of the adapter respectively, outer edges of the first flangings are firstly bent to form both side surface, and then edges of the both side surfaces are bent to form edge surfaces, and the first flangings, the side surfaces, and the edge surfaces confine open grooves; protrusions are disposed on an outer periphery of the air inlet, and a slot is formed between the protrusion and the first or the second flanging; and first folded sheets are extended outwards from both vertical side edges of the air outlet of the casing; and an edge of the air outlet of the frame abuts against and is clamped in the slot.

The present invention discloses a ventilating fan mounted on a wall of an indoor side of a wind path therethrough from the indoor side to an outdoor side. The ventilating fan includes a ventilating fan hood, a filtering member, a ventilating fan body, and a ventilating fan mounting member. The filtering member is integrally formed by a frame provided with an engagement that is engaged with the ventilating fan body and a filtering screen located within the frame. The ventilating fan according to the present invention has the advantages that the filtering member can be fixedly mounted to the ventilating fan body in a simple structure manner without using fasteners such as screws, so as to facilitate the operation and save the working time. Moreover, the filtering member is not blown off to fall off when the ventilating fan hood is removed. In addition, the mounting of the filtering member in a reverse order is eliminated.

Ventilation device is mounted on inner wall in wind tunnel communicating between indoor and outdoor sides, having a ventilation louver. The ventilation louver includes a louver frame and a movable louver. Horizontal distance from position of gravity center of the movable louver to the inner wall is greater than horizontal distance from the movable louver shaft to the inner wall. A lever is disposed at a lower part of the louver frame to move in a left-right direction along bottom end face of the lower part of the louver frame. A connection element is provided to connect the movable louver with the lever between the movable louver and the louver frame, which is configured to be a slidable structure in the up-down direction, and transform the movement in the left-right direction of the lever to opening and closing movement of the movable louver around the movable louver shaft.

Ventilation device

The present invention discloses a ventilating fan including a ventilating fan body located on the indoor side, an outdoor pipe hood located on the outdoor side, a ventilating fan mounting member located between the ventilating fan body and the outdoor pipe hood, and a panel removably mounted to the front of the ventilating fan body, the ventilating fan mounting member includes a cylinder and a flange, the outdoor pipe hood includes a pipe hood base and a back cover, the pipe hood base includes a base plate with a circular opening and a pipeline fixing ring removably mounted to the base plate; and, a hollow expansion pipe being connected to the cylinder of the ventilating fan mounting member at one end and connected to the pipeline fixing ring at the other end. The present invention has advantages of easy mounting of the expansion pipe.

A packing structure including an external packing carton consisting of a top surface, a bottom surface and side surfaces connected with one another and one or more small packing cartons, wherein at least one side surface of the external packing carton is provided with one or more folding portions, each folding portion consisting of one or more folding pieces which are folded to form an opening with a size mating with the size of the periphery of the small packing carton. The packing structure of the present disclosure is easy to be transported, cost reducing and friendly to the environment.

A ventilation fan mounting structure includes a bracket assembly which is to be mounted to opposite two side flanges of a ventilation fan and includes a first bracket and a second bracket each formed in a U shape, wherein each of the first bracket and the second bracket includes two side members and a connection member connecting the two side members, the connection members and the side members of the first and second brackets are connected to each other by shafts, the side members are rotatable around the shafts, and a position-limit portion is disposed to the connection member to limit a rotation range of the side member. With the ventilation fan mounting structure according to the embodiments of the present invention, the mounting of the ventilation fan can be simply and conveniently completed even if the distance between the ceiling and the roof is small.

Ventilation fan mounting structure

A ventilating fan comprises a ventilating fan body, a ventilating fan mounting member, and a power supply case. A power supply wire disposed in the ventilating fan body to be connected to a blower is provided with an internal terminal at a leading end of the power supply wire. The power supply case projects from the power supply opening to be located outside the cylinder of the ventilating fan mounting member, and is fixed to the ventilating fan mounting member from the indoor side. An external terminal is mounted on an indoor side of the power supply case. An external electric wire for supplying electric power to the ventilating fan is connected with the external terminal in the power supply case, and the internal terminal is connected with the external terminal, so that the connection operation becomes simpler.
