A method of providing a dynamic go-bag service to a user is described. The go-bag contains various supplies and important documents, and is configured to protect these contents during an emergency situation. In one embodiment, the method includes receiving user information from a user, including information about the user, the user's family, and the user's home or residence. Based on the received user information, the method further includes generating a customized go-bag for the user that includes contents specific for the user to use in an emergency situation. The method also includes providing the customized go-bag to the user.

Dynamic go-bag service for emergency situations

A system may include a router that may receive a plurality of data packets from one or more devices that communicatively couples to the router. The system may also include at least one processor that identifies an identity of a device based on a data packet received by the router from the device, generate an insurance policy that includes the device in response to identifying the identity of the device, and sends a notification indicative of the insurance policy to a computing device in response to generating the insurance policy.

Systems and methods for detecting items at a property

An acoustic apparatus and method of determining the composition of a floor, based on the filtered sound waves produced by vibrating the floor is disclosed. The apparatus includes a transducer for generating vibrations and/or sound, as well as microphones for detecting sounds. A method of determining a physical location for an address. The method includes receiving from a first global positioning system on a vehicle a first set of global positioning data indicative of a vehicle location. The method may also receive from a second global positioning system on a portable electronic device a second set of global positioning data indicative of a portable electronic device location. The method may also receive a set of location metadata associated with a picture. The method determines a residence location from the first set of global positioning data, the second set of global positioning data, or the set of location metadata. The method then associates the physical location to the address.

System and method for determining physical locations of addresses

A system may include a processor. The processor may perform operations including receiving multiple light patterns from multiple wireless devices. The operations may also include determining a location for each of the multiple wireless devices based at least in part on the multiple light patterns. Crowd-sourced imagery analysis of post-disaster conditions

An emergency signaling system is disclosed. The system includes a receptacle and a painting device. The painting device is covered in a paint material and stored in the receptacle. The receptacle can be used to launch the painting device onto a surface, such as a roof, in the event that a user needs to signal a search and rescue team or anyone near their present location. The painting device, upon contact with a surface, creates a painted signal. The painted signal can have different shapes according to the shape of the painting device. The painting device can include weight members or flexible frame members to facilitate opening the painting device from a closed or folded configuration to a fully open configuration once the painting device has been launched from the receptacle.

Emergency signaling system

A vehicle parking management system includes one or more processors configured to receive data indicative of one or more characteristics of one or more parking locations. The one or more processors is also configured to determine one or more recommended parking locations of the one or more parking locations based on the data and based on an input related to a vehicle. The one or more processors is further configured to output a recommendation of the one or more recommended parking locations via a display screen to a driver of the vehicle.

Pre-disaster education system

A post-disaster conditions monitoring system is disclosed. The system may include plurality of aircraft drones configured to take photographic images; a conditions monitoring center having a controller including a device processor and a non-transitory computer readable medium including instructions executable by the device processor to perform the following steps: receiving images from the plurality of aircraft drones in a geographic region; determining conditions in the geographic region based on the images received from the plurality of aircraft drones; and sending information regarding the determined conditions to one or more users of the system.

Post-disaster conditions monitoring system using drones

The present disclosure relates to monitoring data in and around a vehicle to predict anomalous, e.g., unsafe, road conditions, and using the data to suggest a corrective action to avoid the unsafe road conditions. A computing device receives information indicative of imagery, sound, or vehicle operation via sensors and/or cameras mounted in or near a vehicle. The information may be received via the vehicle itself or via a device. The computing device then determines whether there is an indication of an anomalous road condition. The computing device also receives vehicle operation data extracted from one or more vehicle sensors. The computing device then determines whether there is an indication of unsafe road conditions, and if there is, the computing device may output a notice or alert via a notification system to alert the driver.

Monitoring of data to predict road conditions

A fire suppressing insulation. This insulation will create a barrier that blocks a fire to protect a structure from damage and will assist in suppressing the fire. Also, a fire suppression system including two walls, such as an interior wall and an exterior wall or two interior walls. The walls are spaced apart from each other by a divider to define an interior volume. At least a portion of the interior volume includes fire suppressing insulation that will form a fire suppressing intumescent barrier between the walls when exposed to the heat of a fire.
