A quick reciprocating wrench includes a main body, a claw, and an elastic device therebetween. The main body includes a first jaw opening having a pivot end and a block portion. The claw includes a second jaw opening having a pivotal combination portion and a retaining portion. The pivotal combination portion is pivotally connected with the pivot end, so the claw and the main body pivotally move against each other. The fastener is engaged in the first and the second jaw openings. Distance between the block portion and the neighboring force bearing face of the fastener decreases along a direction in opposite to the expansion direction of the claw and the block portion. The largest width of the distal end of the retaining portion is greater than the smallest distance between the block portion and the first force bearing face of the fastener.

Quick reciprocating wrench

A multifunctional torque wrench includes a main body, an operation member, and an indication device. The main body has a driving portion, a combination portion, and a twisting portion. The driving portion pivotally drives a fastener to rotate about an axis passing through the main body. The operation member is switchable between a first position and a second position with respect to the main body. The extension portion extends along a second axis. When the operation member is at the first position, the second axis is vertical to the first axis, allowing a user to turn the main body to generate the torque for driving a fastener. The indication device is disposed between the main body and the operation member for displaying the torque value. When the operation member is at the second position, the second axis is parallel to the first axis for storage.

Multifunctional torque wrench

An electric ratchet wrench includes a body and a driving member rotatably mounted in the body and is rotatable about an axis. A ring gear is rotatably mounted to and moveable relative to the driving member, and the ring gear is rotatable relative to the driving member about a center axis of the ring gear. A power device is received in the body. A transmission shaft is rotatably mounted to the body. The transmission shaft has a end connected to the power device, and another end configured to switch between a meshing state meshed with the ring gear and a disengagement state disengaging from the ring gear. An elastic device biases the ring gear causing the center axis of the ring gear being inclined relative to the axis in the disengagement state and being parallel with the axis in the meshing state.

Electric ratchet wrench

A reciprocating wrench for quick combining fastener includes a main body, a claw, and an elastic positioning device therebetween. The main body includes a concavely-shaped first jaw opening, which has a pivot end at an end thereof. The claw includes a concavely-shaped second jaw opening, which has a pivotal combination portion at an end thereof. The pivotal combination portion is pivotally connected with the pivot end, such that the claw and the main body pivotally move with respect to each other. The elastic positioning device allows the claw to optionally rotate toward a closing direction or remain in the opening status. Therefore, the claw is able to remain in the opening status for combining the fastener.

Reciprocating wrench for quick combining fastener

An electric quick action wrench with settable torque, which is operated in an electric mode or a manual mode, includes: a main body, a controller, a motor, a driving device, and a clutch device. The driving device is driven by the motor and combined with a fastener. The controller sets a threshold torque value. In the electric mode, when the fastener confronts a resistance larger than a clutch torque of the clutch device, the user is notified to switch to the manual mode through the notification of the clutch device. In the manual mode, when a manually output torque reaches the threshold torque value, the user is notified that the screwing operation has been finished by the notification of the clutch device. Thus, the safety of usage is achieved.

Electric quick action wrench with settable torque

An electric ratchet wrench includes a body receiving a driving device for driving a fastener. A first transmission device is connected to the driving device. A second transmission device is connected to a power device. A clutch device is mounted between the first and second transmission devices and is normally in a coupling state for driving the fastener. When the clutch device switches to the disengagement state due to a resistance larger than a torque outputted by the power device, the body can be manually driven to overcome the resistance, forcibly driving the fastener through the large-resistance position. The clutch device returns to the coupling state after the fastener passes the large-resistance position.

An electric socket ratchet wrench includes a body, a driving device rotatably mounted in the body, a pawl device coupled with the driving device, a power device providing a torque, a transmission device between the driving device and the power device, and a clutch device. The driving device includes a driving member having a non-circular hole for coupling with a fastener. The driving member includes an annular toothed portion coupled with the pawl device and an end toothed portion coupled with the transmission device. When a resistance smaller than the torque is encountered while the driving member is driving the fastener, the driving member continuously drives the fastener. When a large resistance larger than the torque is encountered at a position, the body is manually rotatable by a torque larger than the large resistance to forcibly drive the fastener through the position via the driving member.

Electric socket ratchet wrench and method of using the same

An electric rapid ratchet wrench includes a driving device mounted in a body to which a power device is mounted. A transmission device is mounted between the driving device and the power device and is rotatably mounted to the body. The transmission device transmits a torque from the power device to drive the driving device. A clutch device is mounted between the driving device and the power device. The clutch device includes a driven member and a driver member movable in a radial direction perpendicular to a rotating axis to disengageably engage with the driven member. When a large resistance larger than the torque of the power device is encountered at a position while the driving device is driving a fastener, the driver member repeatedly engages with and disengages from the driven member. The body is manually rotatable to forcibly drive the fastener through the position via the driving device.

Electric rapid ratchet wrench and method of using the same

An electric ratchet wrench includes a driving member rotatably mounted in a body for driving a fastener. A pawl device is pivotably mounted to the driving member. First and second ring gears are rotatably mounted around the driving member and mesh with the pawl device. A direction switching rod is pivotably mounted to the driving member. A transmission shaft is rotatably received in the body and includes an end connected to a motor shaft of a motor. The other end of the transmission shaft is connected to a bevel gear disengageably meshed with the first and second ring gears. The transmission shaft can be driven by the motor shaft to drive the bevel gear, the first and second ring gears, and the driving member to rotate.

An open end wrench includes a body having a jaw portion for holding a workpiece. The jaw portion includes an arcuate sliding groove, an expanding groove, and a slider movable relative to the arcuate sliding groove along an arcuate path. The jaw includes a first jaw having a force-applying face and an evasive portion adjacent to the force-applying face. When the jaw portion deforms elastically while wrenching the workpiece, the expanding groove increases the expanding effect within an elastic limit of the jaw portion, such that a corner between the force-receiving face in a first rotating direction and a sixth force-receiving face in a second rotating direction can move across the force-applying face into the evasive portion, avoiding damage to the slider and the first jaw resulting from failure in withstanding the reactive force from the workpiece. Thus, the open end wrench has high toughness and a long service life.

An electric ratchet wrench includes a driving member rotatably mounted in a body for driving a fastener. A pawl device is pivotably mounted to the driving member. First and second ring gears are rotatably mounted around the driving member and mesh with the pawl device. A direction switching rod is pivotably mounted to the driving member. A spur gear is mounted on a transmission shaft rotatably received in the body and meshes with the first and second ring gears. A clutch member is mounted on the transmission shaft and is releasably coupled with another clutch member coupled to a motor. The transmission shaft can be driven by the motor to drive the spur gear, the first and second ring gears, and the driving member.

Wrench

A torque indication wrench includes a main body having a wrenching portion and a support portion, a torque rod having a first end and a second end, and an indication device disposed between the main body and the torque rod. The wrenching portion drives an object. The first end is connected with the support portion. The main body defines a longitudinal line dividing the torque into a counterclockwise and an opposite clockwise areas. A biasing section is formed between the first and second ends, with the central axis of the biasing section positioned in the counterclockwise area. The user wrenches the second end of the torque rod, such that the biasing section of the torque rod resiliently bends from the counterclockwise area toward the clockwise area, and the user is able to read an indicated torque value.

Torque indication wrench

A combination includes a ratchet wrench and a driving member. The ratchet wrench includes a body and a ratchet wheel mounted in the body and rotatable relative to the body about a rotational axis. A driving hole extends through from a side through the other side of the body along the rotational axis and includes an inner periphery having a plurality of abutment surfaces. A corner is formed between each two adjacent abutment surfaces. At least one limiting portion protrudes from the inner periphery of the driving hole in a radial direction perpendicular to the rotational axis. The driving member includes at least one evasive portion and is coupled to the driving hole. The driving member is movable between a first coupling position and a second coupling position along the rotational axis when the at least one evasive portion is aligned with the at least one limiting portion.

Combination including a ratchet wrench and a driving member

A quick detachable and adjustable magnetic seat for sleeve includes a magnetic device and a detachable positioning device. The magnetic device includes a first end and a second end. The first end is magnetic. The detachable positioning device includes a connecting end slidably disposed on the second end of the magnetic device, such that the magnetic device axially slides against the detachable positioning device. The detachable positioning device further includes a resilient quick detach device disposed on one end of the detachable positioning device away from the connecting end, whereby the detachable positioning device is removably disposed in a sleeve. Therefore, when the sleeve is damaged or broken, the adjustable magnetic seat is efficiently removed from the sleeve and re-installed in a new sleeve replacement.
