A power connection device is provided for transmitting electric power from an external power source to a working machine). The working machine has an undercarriage and a superstructure, and the undercarriage and the superstructure are pivotable relative to each other about a substantially vertical pivot axis. The power connection device includes a first power conductor member which is adapted to be pivotally arranged relative to the undercarriage and the superstructure about the substantially vertical pivot axis.

A method is provided for controlling a working machine that includes a front section having a frame and a pair of wheels arranged on a geometrical front wheel axis, and a rear section having a frame and a pair of wheels arranged on a first geometrical rear wheel axis and a pair of wheels arranged on a second geometrical rear wheel axis arranged behind the first rear wheel axis. The front section and the rear section are pivotally connected to each other for pivoting about a substantially vertical pivot axis. In a first control mode the wheels of the second geometrical rear wheel axis are steered to substantially follow the same tracks as the wheels of the geometrical front wheel axis when driving the working machine during cornering, and in a second control mode steering the wheels of the second geometrical rear wheel axis follow tracks which are different from the tracks of the wheels of the geometrical front wheel axis.

The method includes receiving an operator control input indicative of the control of the prime mover and determining at least one operation signal in response to the operator control input, which operation signal is sent for controlling the prime mover. The method also includes receiving a operating state input indicative of an operating state of the machine and selecting a control mode from at least one speed control mode in which the determined operational signal comprises a desired speed of the prime mover and at least one torque control mode in which the determined operational signal comprises a desired torque of the prime mover in response to the operating state input.
