The method may fully and comprehensively detect the abnormal condition of the VFTL, and may guarantee the integrity of data information in the solid state disk, thereby improving the reliability of the solid state disk.

The method includes pretreating a slope, so that an average roughness of the pretreated slope is not greater than &#xb1;8 cm to &#xb1;12 cm per linear meter; (2) hanging a hard protective mesh on the pretreated slope, where the distance between the hard protective mesh and the slope is 3-4 cm, and the hard protective mesh has an aperture size of 4-6 cm; and (3) spraying a loam-like matrix on the slope with the hard protective mesh hanged, where the loam-like matrix includes not less than 0.04/mof plant seeds; the plant seeds include tree seeds, shrub seeds and herb seeds with a mass ratio of (2.5-3.5):(4-6):(1.5-2.5). The method provided by the present invention effectively restores the mountain vegetation, and only needs 1-2 years of artificial maintenance after the restoration to form a cyclically stable ecosystem.

A method for remedying sandy land by using a simulated loam substrate spray-seeding technology includes: first, carrying out a sand-fixing treatment to lay a metal mesh in sandy land, the metal mesh being fixed to the surface of the sandy land by a sand-fixing pile; second, spray-seeding a seed into the sandy land by simulated loam substrate spray-seeding; and finally, after spray-seeding, carrying out maintenance management, including adding a protective plate around the metal mesh, covering with a non-woven fabric, watering, fertilizing, reseeding, and post-monitoring. The present invention adopts a two-layer spray-seeding method, and rapidly simulates a loam substrate suitable for plant growth by bionics; the simulated loam substrate having good water retention capacity (conducive to a higher germination rate of seed), root development, microbial activity, nutrient transformation, and plant growth and development. With less investment and having a quick effect, large-scale sand control is provided.

The present invention is directed towards a process for upgrading lignite comprising: prior to production pre-assess the calorific value of the coal, by selecting a relational expression between a calorific value of lignite and a degree of metamorphism, a moisture content and an ash content thereof based on a ratio of the ash content to the moisture content, pre-assess the calorific value of the coal; combining a relational expression between a production cost and the ash content and moisture content to make a cost budget; determining degrees of deashing and drying; selecting and implementing a lignite ash reduction pretreatment process; and implementing dry sorting first and then drying. The upgrading process has high sorting efficiency, high drying efficiency and low production cost, and meets the requirement for the surface moisture of the raw coal in the dry sorting operation.

Provided are a friction reduced and wear resistant coating, a preparation method thereof and a piston ring. The coating includes an adhesive layer, a transition layer, a gradient layer and a function layer in sequence. The gradient layer is a CrMoN layer in which Mo content progressively increases. The function layer includes at least one cyclical layer. Each cyclical layer includes a first CrMoN layer and a second CrMoN layer in sequence from bottom to top. The Mo content of the first CrMoN layer is lower than the Mo content of the second CrMoN layer. The coating provided by the present invention has a friction coefficient of 0.3 to 0.45, 10% to 30% lower than a CrN coating, and has an overall hardness of up to 1400 HV to 2600 HV and a thickness of 80 &#x3bc;m, satisfying the required durability for the full lifecycle of the piston ring. The preparation process of the coating is simple and highly operable, and thus is convenient for industrialization.

The present invention relates to a diamond-like coating for piston ring surfaces, comprising, an underlayer, a gradient layer and an AM layer, wherein the AM layer is a diamond-like coating doped with doping elements. The doping elements are one or a combination of at least two selected from the group consisting of Cr, Si and Ti, and the content thereof shows a cyclical change in a form of a sine wave fluctuation along with the thickness change of the AM layer. As compared with the conventional single-layer structure or gradient layer structure, the AM layer of such diamond-like coating has a multi-cycle transition structure since the content of the doping elements in the AM layer of such diamond-like coating shows a cyclical change in a sine wave fluctuation form. On the basis of having high wear-resistant and low friction coefficient, it is beneficial to decrease the internal stress of the coating, increase the tenacity of the coating, ensure the increase of the thickness of diamond-like coating, and improve the durability of piston ring of diamond-like coating at the same time.

By controlling the adding amount of additive elements Al, Mo, W, B, Si and Ti, the friction coefficient of the coating can be further reduced 5 to 20% compared with that of a single TiN or CrN deposited layer.
