A bearing assembly including a bearing seat, at least one bearing and a shaft is disclosed. The bearing seat includes a chamber, an assembly hole and a shaft hole. The assembly hole and the shaft hole intercommunicate with the chamber. The bearing seat has a slit which is adjustable. The at least one bearing is received in the chamber. The shaft extends through the shaft hole and the at least one bearing and includes at least one abutment portion. The at least one bearing abuts the at least one abutment portion. In addition, a motor including a bearing assembly is disclosed.

Bearing assembly and motor including the same

A ceiling fan is designed with enhanced structural strength and prolonged service life. The ceiling fan includes a stator, a loading plate, a rotor and a plurality of blades is disclosed. The stator includes a shaft. The loading plate includes a sleeve and a radial extending portion. The radial extending portion radially extends outwards in radial directions of the shaft. The sleeve receives a bearing coupled with an outer periphery of the shaft. The rotor includes a hub coupled with the loading plate. The plurality of blades is coupled with the radial extending portion.

Ceiling fan

An external rotor motor includes: a shaft, an insulator and a core. The insulator is coupled with an outer peripheral surface of the shaft, the core is arranged on an outer periphery of the insulator, and the insulator is formed between the shaft and the core, so that no electrically conductive route can be formed between the core and the shaft. A rotor has a housing rotatably coupling with the shaft, with an inner peripheral wall of the housing having a permanent magnet module.

External rotor motor

A ceiling fan motor includes a stator, a rotor and a circuit box. The stator includes a shaft and an iron core. The rotor is rotatably coupled with the shaft. The circuit box is adapted to be attached to or detached from the stator and includes a circuit board, an opening and a shaft hole. The circuit board is electrically connected to an electrical connection portion. The opening extends through one surface to another surface of the circuit box. The electrical connection portion is adapted to be connected to an external accessory or a wire via the opening, and the shaft extends through the shaft hole. In another embodiment, the circuit box includes a plurality of openings and is electrically connected to a plurality of electrical connection portions. The quantity of the plurality of openings corresponds to the quantity of the plurality of electrical connection portions.

Ceiling fan motor

A ceiling fan motor includes a stator assembly and a rotor. The stator assembly includes an iron core. The rotor is rotatably coupled with the stator assembly and includes a housing, a first positioning member and at least one permanent magnet. The housing includes a lateral wall. The lateral wall is enclosed to form an inner space adapted to receive the iron core. The first positioning member is coupled with the lateral wall. The at least one permanent magnet is positioned by the first positioning member. The first positioning member includes a plurality of air-guiding blades.

A motor of a ceiling fan includes: a shaft having two shoulder surfaces facing in opposite axial directions of the shaft, with the shaft coupling with a stator; and a bearing sleeve receiving two bearings for supporting the shaft, with an annular flange formed at an end of the bearing sleeve. The annular flange and one of the shoulder surfaces of the shaft clamp and position one of the bearings. A rotor has a housing coupling with the bearing sleeve, with the housing having a connecting portion. The connecting portion and the other one of the shoulder surfaces of the shaft clamp and position the other one of the bearings.
