The present invention relates to a tuning device in radio filter equipment for mobile telephony in which one or more cavities in the equipment should be tuned to the right frequency. The invention also relates to a tuning plate including a number of such tuning devices. The tuning device preferably includes regular or square formed depressed parts in the tuning plate. The depressed part converges each to a square formed central plate which is provided with an elevation or bulb. By turning a tuning screw on the equipment a force is developed on the plate and the surrounding depressed parts. This implies that the tuning can be made automatically, more secure and with less risk for intermodulation.

Electrical connection device

A contact spring for securing a component having a flange-like edge to a substrate, for instance for securing a cooling screen or shield to a circuit board, includes an elongated profiled part that is generally U-shaped in cross section for surface-mounting on the substrate. A first leg of the U-shaped profiled part is substantially straight and extends continuously along the contact spring. The second leg of the U-shaped profiled part has tongues whose upper extremities are bent inwardly towards the bottom of the profiled part. Alternate tongues on the second leg are angled to form a fork-like contact with the first leg. The other tongues on the second leg are semicircular and extend approximately half way above the bottom of the profiled part.

Contact spring

An arrangement for shielding and/or cooling electronic components mounted on a circuit board includes a generally planar shielding hood and cooling elements. The shielding hood has downward extending side edges that extend around the perimeter and are intended to surround the component. Each cooling element has a generally planar underside and cooling fins disposed on the upper side. The arrangement also includes hook fasteners mounted on the surface of the circuit board and holders mounted on the cooling elements that coact with the hook fasteners. The hook fasteners press the cooling elements resiliently against the shielding hood and against the component. The holders can be brought into resilient, spring engagement with the hook fasteners. The shielding hood is adapted to the component, and when the component is to be shielded, the shielding hood is placed over the component. The cooling element is also adapted to the component, and when the component is to be cooled, the cooling element is placed either on the component or on the shielding hood over the component.

Shielding and cooling arrangement

A device for electromagnetically shielding a cable or the like that is connected to a board connector on a circuit board inserted into a magazine using a corresponding cable connector. The circuit board includes a board front having an opening through which the cable connector is connected to the board connector. The device includes a shielding sleeve that is mounted on the circuit board over the board connector and extends through the opening in the board front. A shielding spring is mounted on the shielding sleeve between the sleeve and the opening in the board front. The sleeve is open towards the circuit board and the board front opening and is provided with recesses. The shielding spring includes a frame that extends around the sleeve and includes a plurality of outwardly directed, resilient tongues that lie against the board front. A plurality of resilient tabs lie along the shielding sleeve, the outermost parts of which include inwardly directed tongues. The inwardly directed tongues are received in the recesses in the sleeve and lie against the cable connector inserted in the shielding sleeve.
