The optical machine module includes a light emitting module and a modulation module. The light emitting module includes a light source configured to emit linearly polarized light. The modulation module includes a modulation component. The modulation component includes a light-combining prism and a liquid crystal on silicon (LCOS) modulator. The light-combining prism includes four rectangular prisms. The light-combining prism has four sides and four intersection planes formed by the four rectangular prisms. The LCOS modulator includes a first LCOS modulator, a second LCOS modulator, and a third LCOS modulator. The first LCOS modulator, the second LCOS modulator, and the third LCOS modulator are respectively disposed on light emitting sides of three different sides. At least two of the four intersection planes are configured to split light. At least two of the four intersection planes are configured to combine light.

Projection display apparatus

A power supply circuit includes a connector for a fan, a speed adjusting circuit, a speed feedback circuit, a control module, first and second power sources, and a switching module. The speed adjusting circuit is connected to a modulation pin of the connector. The speed feedback circuit is connected to a speed pin of the connector. The control module receives a speed signal from the fan through the speed feedback circuit and outputs signals correspondingly. The switching module selects the first or the second power source to supply power for the fan according to the signals from the control module.

Power supply circuit

An over-current protection device is provided. A first end of a first resistor is coupled to a voltage input terminal and a second end of the first resistor is coupled to a control terminal of an electronic switch. A detecting pin of a control chip is coupled to the second end of the first resistor and an input pin of the control chip is coupled to the first end of the first resistor. A control pin of the control chip is coupled to a control terminal of the electronic switch. The voltage output terminal is coupled to a first terminal of the electronic switch. The control chip compares a preset current value saved therein with a detecting current passing through the first resistor. If the detecting current is greater than the preset current value, there is no voltage output from the voltage output terminal.

Over-current protection device for expansion cards

A power circuit for different types of fans includes first through sixth terminals, a control chip, first through third loads, and a connector. If a 3-pin fan is connected to the connector, only the first load connects the first and second terminals, and a control pin of the connector is idle. If a 4-pin fan is connected to the connector, the second load connects the third and fourth terminals, the third load connects the fifth and sixth terminals, and the first load does not connect the first and second terminals. The control pin receives a divided voltage to control fan speed.

Power circuit for different fans

A computer system includes a serial advanced technology attachment dual-in-line memory module (SATA DIMM) device and a motherboard. The SATA DIMM device includes a control chip and an edge connector. The motherboard includes a memory slot and a light emitting diode (LED). When the edge connector is inserted into the memory slot, first power pins, first ground pins, and first indication pin of the memory slot are respectively connected to second power pins, second ground pins, and second indication pin of the SATA DIMM device. The motherboard outputs a voltage to the control chip through the first and second power pins. The control chip detects and calculates the storage capacity of the SATA DIMM device and outputs a control signal to control the LED to turn on or not, for displaying free memory capacity of the SATA DIMM device.

A protection circuit includes a protection module and a fan electrically connected to the protection module. The protection module includes a control chip, an inverter, and an electronic switch. An input terminal of the inverter is electrically connected to a voltage output terminal and the fan, and further electrically connected to a clear pin of the control chip. An output terminal of the inverter is electrically connected to a preparation pin of the control chip. A first terminal of the electronic switch is electrically connected to an output pin of the control chip. The first and second terminals of the electronic switch are electrically connected to a power source terminal. A third terminal of the electronic switch is electrically connected to the voltage output terminal. When the fan short-circuits, the power source terminal stops supplying power to the fan through the voltage output terminal.

Protection circuit

A device includes a PCH including a reset control pin and a disable control pin. A BIOS chip to control the PCH to send a low logic level from the reset control pin to the reset pin to reset a Ethernet controller. A timing adjusting circuit and the Ethernet controller. The Ethernet controller includes a reset pin and a disable pin, the reset pin is connected to the reset control pin via the timing adjusting circuit, and the disable pin is connected to the disable control pin via the timing adjusting circuit. The PCH sends a low logic level from the disable control pin to the disable pin to disable the Ethernet controller, and the timing adjusting circuit delays the low logic level, which makes the low logic level of the disable pin come later than the high logic level of the reset pin.

Device in computer system

A control circuit controls a fan to cool an integrated baseboard management controller (iBMC) in a server. The control circuit includes a state determination module. When the server is powered off and the iBMC is operating, the state determination module receives low level signals from a power supply unit (PSU) and the iBMC. The state determination module connects the PSU and the fan, such that the fan is operating. When the server and the iBMC are powered off, the state determination module receives a low level signal from the PSU and a high level signal from the iBMC. The state determination module disconnects the PSU from the fan, turning the fan off. When the server is operating, the state determination module receives a high level signal from the PSU. The state determination module disconnects the PSU from the fan, turning the fan off.

Fan control circuit

A fan simulation circuit includes a connector, a voltage converter, a control chip, and a selecting module. The connector is used to output a speed signal. A power pin of the voltage converter is connected to a first voltage input terminal. An output pin of the voltage converter is connected to a speed pin of the connector through a first resistor. The output pin is also connected to a second voltage input terminal through the first resistor and a second resistor in that order. The selecting module is used to output high or low-level signals to the control chip. The control chip outputs different speed signals to an input pin of the voltage converter. The voltage converter converts the speed signals and outputs converted speed signals to the speed pin of the connector.

Fan simulation circuit

A control circuit for a hard disk drive (HDD) includes a control chip, a connector connected between the control chip and a motherboard, and a function transform circuit connected between the control chip and the connector. A status pin of the control chip is connected to a status receiving pin of the connector through the function transform circuit, to send a working state signal of the hard disk drive to the status receiving pin of the connector. The status receiving pin shows a normal operation of the HDD through a light emitting diode connected to the status receiving pin. The function transform circuit provides a high level signal to a staggered spin-up pin of the control chip, to make the control chip control the hard disk drive to execute staggered spin-up function.

Control circuit for hard disk drive

A control circuit for a terminal electronic device includes a network card, a wakeup circuit, a south bridge, a restart circuit, and a controller. The network card receives a remote control command from a remote apparatus, and generates a wakeup signal if the terminal electronic device is turned off. The wakeup circuit activates the terminal electronic device according to the wakeup signal. The south bridge provides a low voltage power signal if the terminal electronic device is turned off. The controller receives the wakeup signal and the low voltage power signal, and outputs a first control signal to the restart circuit to disable the restart circuit.

Control circuit for terminal electronic device

A hard disk drive module comprises a hard disk drive, a bracket, a hard disk drive backplane, and a temperature detecting circuit. The bracket supports the hard disk drive. The hard disk drive backplane is electrically connected to the hard disk drive. The temperature detecting circuit comprises a temperature detecting chip arranged on the bracket, and a cable connected between the temperature detecting chip and the hard disk drive backplane.

A protecting circuit for a basic input output system (BIOS) chip of a computer includes a platform controller hub (PCH), an inverting circuit connected to the PCH, a BIOS socket to connect the BIOS chip, and a controlling circuit connected between the inverting circuit and the BIOS socket. The PCH outputs a first signal or a second signal, and a third signal. The inverting circuit outputs an inverted signal with a level contrary to the first or second signal. The controlling circuit receives the first or second signal and the inverted signal, to output a processing signal to the BIOS socket, thereby controlling write-protection states of the BIOS chip.

Protecting circuit for basic input output system chip

A bridging board configured for connecting a processor with a hard disk backboard includes a first signal connecting apparatus, a second signal connecting apparatus, a plurality of duplexer and a signal conditioner. The first signal connecting apparatus is electronically connected to the processor. The second signal connecting apparatus electronically connected to the hard disk backboard. Each duplexer has an input terminal electronically connected to the first signal connecting apparatus, and two output terminals electronically connected to the second signal connecting apparatus to allow the processor to communicate with the backboard via the bridging board. The signal conditioner is electronically connected between the first signal connecting apparatus and the second signal connecting apparatus to amplify signals transmitted from the processor to the hard disk backboard.

Bridging board and server system

A server includes a number of first and second network cards, a buffer, a restart circuit, an AND gate, and a south bridge. Each of the first network cards includes a first signal pin to transmit a wake-up signal and a restart signal. Each of the second network cards includes a second signal pin to transmit a wake-up signal. The restart circuit is connected to each of the first signal pins through the buffer to receive the restart signal, and reboots the server according to the restart signal. The south bridge is connected to each of the first and second signal pins through the AND gate to receive the wake-up signal, and wakes up the server according to the wake-up signal.
