A circuit board structure for a display device includes a substrate, a bump, a protective layer, and a moisture-resistant layer. The substrate includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The bump is disposed on the first surface of the substrate and includes a first inorganic material. The protective layer is disposed on the first surface of the substrate. The protective layer includes an organic material and a first opening, in which the bump is positioned in the first opening. The moisture-resistant layer entirely covers the protective layer. The moisture-resistant layer includes a second inorganic material and a second opening, in which a portion of the bump is exposed in the second opening.

Circuit board structure for display device

A touch apparatus includes first touch electrodes and second touch electrodes. The first touch electrodes and the second touch electrodes are interlaced, so as to define first interlaced regions. Each of the first touch electrodes includes first main portions extended in a first direction and second main portions extended in a second direction. The first main portions and the second main portions are crossed, so as to form first grids. Each of the first touch electrodes further includes first branches crossed with two segments of two adjacent first main portions of at least one of the first grids.

Touch apparatus

An electronic device, including a substrate, first electrodes, second electrodes, and peripheral wiring pairs, is provided. The substrate has a first peripheral area, a working area, and a second peripheral area arranged along a first direction. The first electrodes are disposed in the working area, structurally separated from each other, and arranged along a second direction. The second electrodes are disposed in the working area, structurally separated from each other, and arranged along the first direction. Each peripheral wiring pair includes first and second peripheral wirings respectively belonging to first and second conductive layers. One of the first and second peripheral wirings is disposed in one of the first and second peripheral areas. Other one of the first and second peripheral wirings is disposed in other one of the first and second peripheral areas. The first and second peripheral wirings are electrically connected to the same first electrode.

Electronic device

A display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a display medium layer, pixel units, and a light-shielding conductive pattern layer. The first substrate has a first inner surface and a first outer surface, and the first outer surface serves as a display surface of the display panel. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate and has a second inner surface and a second outer surface. The display medium layer is disposed between the first inner surface and the second inner surface. The pixel units are disposed between the display medium layer and the first inner surface, and at least one of the pixel units includes an active element. The light-shielding conductive pattern layer is disposed between the display medium layer and the second inner surface, at least partially overlaps the active element in a vertical projection direction, and includes a first patterned light-shielding conductive layer and a first patterned low-reflection layer. The first patterned light-shielding conductive layer is disposed between the first patterned low-reflection layer and the second substrate.

Display panel and display device

A liquid crystal pixel circuit and a driving method thereof are provided. The liquid crystal pixel circuit has a main pixel, a sub pixel and a charge sharing switch. The charge sharing switch is electrically coupled between the main pixel and the sub pixel. The main pixel, the sub pixel and the charge sharing switch are controlled by the same gate line. The provided driving method is used for driving the liquid-crystal pixel circuit mentioned above.
