An animal gait analysis is provided and includes a testing platform, a plurality of footprint signal modules mechanically connectable end-to-end and electrically connectable to form a walking path of a predetermined configuration, a testing enclosure disposed above the walking path, and a control device electrically connected to the footprint signal modules, wherein the testing enclosure comprises at least two side panels disposed opposite each other, at least one obstacle, and at least one movable partition, the spacing between the side panels is automatically adjusted by a drive mechanism to accommodate test objects of different body types, the obstacle is selectively connected to a surface of the footprint signal modules, and the movable partition is selectively connected to a surface of the footprint signal modules.

Provided are a cyclic peptide compound simulating a natural product structure and a method for preparation thereof. The method is: the compound of formula I, a divalent palladium catalyst, and a silver salt undergoing an intramolecular arylation in a solvent under heating and stirring to construct a cyclic peptide, to generate the compound of formula II, in which the arylation sites are diverse, and can be extended to the side chain γ-position methyl or methylene of the majority hydrophobic amino acids to perform intramolecular arylation, thus overcoming the previous defect of the restriction of the types of selectable amino acids, and effectively constructing a novel aromatic ring-supported cyclic peptide compound. The aromatic ring support structure forms a novel 3D structure similar to a natural product, and provide a very favorable support for the subsequent construction of a cyclic peptide molecular library and high-throughput drug screening.

The disclosure discloses a method for preparing biochar fromand use of the biochar. The method includes: subjectingto lyophilization, then impregnating lyophilizedwith phosphoric acid, and drying to a constant weight; grinding a dried mixture in a mortar, and then subjecting a ground sample to activation treatment in a tube furnace at 400&#xb0; C. to 1,000&#xb0; C. under a nitrogen atmosphere; and boiling an obtained solid product with concentrated hydrochloric acid, then washing with ultrapure water, and drying to a constant weight to obtainbiochar. The biochar is used in adsorption of cadmium. The method for removing cadmium usingbiochar provided by the disclosure exhibits an extremely high adsorption and removal capacity for cadmium, with an adsorption capacity of biochar up to 250 mg/g or more.

A dual-unlock combination lock provides a first set of correct password and a second set of correct password to be used independently. After a password switch pushbutton is operated to drive a bracket to a corresponding position, a corresponding correct password is input into a combination wheel, so that an elastic member props the bracket to release from a transmission element in order to unlock the combination lock. One password element can achieve the effect of unlocking the lock by using two sets of correct password independently to provide a broader scope of applicability. The first set of correct password with the setting and use similar to those of a common password is provided for ordinary users, and the second set of correct password is a fixed code provided for designated users to unlock the combination lock by scanning an identification code by a mobile terminal.

The present invention falls within the field of medical technology, and in particular relates to the use of a compound as shown in formula (I). In particular, the present invention relates to the use of the compound as shown in formula (I) in the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and/or treating a nerve injury, or relieving a nerve injury-associated symptom, and further relates to the use thereof in the preparation of a healthcare product for protecting an injured nerve and/or improving motor function. After a nerve injury has occurred, the compound can reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokine, decrease the level of apoptosis, promote the survival of neuron, inhibit the formation of glial scar, and has a significant effect in promoting the recovery of motor function.

A semiconductor chip package includes a lead frame having a die paddle, leads surrounding the paddle and a central window through the paddle. A substrate has a base side and a superior side. A peripheral portion of the base side is secured to the paddle and a central portion of the base side is exposed through the central window. A semiconductor chip is secured to the superior side of the substrate. The semiconductor chip is electrically connected to the plurality of leads and the substrate. A mold compound covers at least portions of the lead frame, the substrate and the semiconductor chip. The chip package can be electrically connected to other devices or a circuit board by way of the leads and BGA pads of the substrate exposed in the central window.
