A display device includes first and second display panel having respective first and second display areas to display an image, a first support portion to support the first display panel, the first support portion having a curved first end portion and being rotatable based on a first rotation shaft, and a second support portion to support the second display panel, the second support portion having a curved second end portion facing the first end portion, and the second support portion being rotatable based on a second rotation shaft parallel to the first rotation shaft. The first display area covers at least some of an outer surface of the first end portion of the first support portion, and the second display area covers at least some of an outer surface of the second end portion of the second support portion.

Display device

A rollable display device includes: a panel support including a plurality of support bars arranged in a direction and a plurality of flexible coupling portions between support bars of the plurality of support bars and coupling the plurality of support bars together; and a flexible display panel fixed to respective front sides of support bars of the plurality of support bars, and the plurality of support bars includes a first support bar that is spaced apart from an outermost support bar of the plurality of support bars, and the first support bar includes a pair of first holding bars that are spreadable toward an outside from a rear side of the first support bar.

Rollable display device

A rollable display device includes a roller, a display panel configured to be wound around the roller in a wound-up configuration and to display an image in an unwound configuration, a housing configured to house the display panel in the wound-up configuration and the roller, and a roller controller connected to the roller and configured to change a radius of the roller.

A display device includes a substrate including a first planarization region and a second planarization region inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the first planarization region. A display device further includes a first wiring disposed in the second planarization region. A display device additionally includes a flexible film bonded with the substrate in the first planarization region and the second planarization region and connected to the first wiring in the second planarization region.

An organic light-emitting diode display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a substrate having a flexible portion configured to bend or fold, a semiconductor positioned over the substrate, and a gate insulating layer positioned over the semiconductor and having an opening. The display also includes an interlayer insulating layer positioned over the gate insulating layer, a portion of the interlayer insulating layer positioned within the opening. The display further includes a gate electrode positioned between the gate insulating layer and the interlayer insulating layer and overlapping the semiconductor in the depth dimension of the OLED display. A source electrode and a drain electrode are positioned over the interlayer insulating layer and connected to the semiconductor.

Organic light-emitting diode display

A display device is disclosed. In one aspect, the display device includes a substrate, a barrier layer formed over the substrate, and an emission layer formed over the barrier layer. The display device also includes a stress-absorbing layer contacting one of the substrate, the barrier layer, and the emission layer. The stress-absorbing layer has a structural density configured to partially vary based on an applied voltage.

A display device includes: a flexible substrate; a display unit on the flexible substrate and configured to display an image; and a compensation layer between the flexible substrate and the display unit.

Display device having compensation layer

A display device is disclosed. In one aspect, the display device includes a substrate and a plurality of scan lines formed over the substrate and separated from each other in a first direction. The scan lines extend in a second direction crossing the first direction. The display device also includes a stress compensation layer positioned between adjacent ones of the scan lines.

A display panel includes a thin film transistor substrate and a display layer disposed on the thin film transistor substrate and having a display. The thin film transistor substrate may include a base substrate, a stress relief layer disposed on the base substrate and including at least one stress relief pattern, and a driver layer disposed on the stress relief layer and including at least one thin film transistor coupled to the display.

An apparatus for identifying a fake fingerprint, the apparatus comprising: a prism having a fingerprint contact surface with which a fingerprint comes in contacted; an internal light source configured to irradiate light from the inside of the prism; an external light source configured to irradiate light from the outside of the prism; an image sensor configured to acquire diffused light image by the internal light source and transmitted light image by the external light source; and a controller configured to compare the diffused light image and the transmitted light image acquired by the image sensor to determine whether the fingerprint is a fake fingerprint or not.
