The display device includes a display panel with a plurality of pixels, a power supply configured to apply a pixel driving voltage and a low-potential supply voltage to the plurality of pixels, and a timing controller configured to adjust the low-potential supply voltage when a maximum grayscale represented by pixel data to be applied to the plurality of pixels is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold.
