The rotary electrical machine comprises, in front, a pulley () secured to a shaft () of a rotor () passing through the front bearing () of a housing. The bearing includes a base, having a nose () for mounting a front ball bearing () for rotating the shaft (), and air inlets () defined by arms belonging to an outwardly opening area connecting a peripheral strip of material from the base to the nose () in order to shift the nose () toward the front in accordance with the central body of a device () for adjusting the tension of a belt received in the groove () of the pulley () and attached onto the housing (). The adjustment device () comprises at least one idler () for tensioning the belt and a central opening () enabling passage of air through the air inlets ().

This holder includes a conductor metal part designed to be warmed for assembly of the electrical component on the metal part. It also includes a part made of synthetic material, jointed with the metal part, guaranteeing cohesion of the holder. This part made out of synthetic material contains a mass with a low melting point and a mass with a high melting point, inserted between the mass with a low melting point and the metal part. More specifically, the mass with the high melting point is made in a material with a melting point greater than the melting point of the mass with a low melting point.

An alternator includes a stator S, a rotor R and a transistor bridge, which form synchronous rectification. The synchronous rectification is in the form of an over-molded mechatronic housing (), and the mechatronic housing includes an electronic power substrate () and power connection terminals (), (). Electronic chips (A,B) are implanted on the electronic power substrate, and at least one of the power connection terminals is connected electrically to the electronic chip by means of at least a first soldered connection wire (). According to one embodiment, the electronic power substrate is of the IMS, DBC or PCB type.

An electric motor includes a housing having a bushing mounted at a first end about a shaft extending through the housing. A lubricant recirculation member formed of a one-piece assembly of unitarily joined oil throw and vibration dampening material portions is fixedly mounted on the shaft between a commutator and the bushing. The lubricant recirculation member recirculates lubricant from the bushing back toward the bushing and away from the commutator and provides a vibration dampening layer between the bushing and the commutator.
