An adhesive application device is provided for carrying out a method for producing a lamination stack for rotors and stators of electric motors or generators, wherein a light-activated adhesive is applied to one side of electric steel prior to punching out laminations or to at least one side of already punched-out laminations, wherein the adhesive is irradiated and activated with a light of required wavelength immediately before the adhesive exits from an application unit, and wherein laminations are then punched out from the electric steel and stacked or the already punched-out laminations are stacked to a lamination stack. The adhesive application device has at least one application unit with at least one valve for discharging an adhesive. At least one radiation source is arranged in a region of the valve and emits radiation and directs the radiation to the adhesive provided in the region of the at least one valve.

Method for producing lamination stacks and application device for an adhesive for performing the method

In a method for producing stacks of laminations, in which at least one adhesive is applied onto annular laminations with at least one application head and laminations are stacked into a stack of laminations, the lamination is rotated about its axis in the application area of the application head and/or the application head is moved about the axis of the lamination in order to apply the adhesive onto the lamination. A system for carrying out the method features at least one punching tool, with which laminations are punched out of a sheet metal material, wherein at least one station for cleaning and/or for activating and/or for applying an adhesive onto the laminations is arranged downstream of the punching tool.

Method for producing lamination stacks and facility for performing the method

A device for performing a method for producing a lamination pack, wherein in the method laminations are cut from an electric strip or sheet; the laminations are placed on top of each other to form a lamination stack; the laminations are connected by material fusion to each other by: locally plasticizing a material of the laminations in an edge region of the laminations by generating friction heat by a tool; mixing the locally plasticized material, at least of the laminations neighboring each other, with the tool; and allowing the plasticized material to cool and fuse the laminations in the edge region to form the lamination pack. The device has a punch press and/or a receptacle for one or a plurality of lamination stacks. The device further has a welding tool that is rotatably driven about an axis of the welding tool and moveable transverse to the axis of rotation.

Method for producing a clutch pack formed by clutch plates arranged on top of one another, and device for carrying out a method of this type

In a method for producing a lamination stack for rotors and/or stators of electric motors or generators, laminations are punched from electrical steel, a light-activated adhesive is applied to at least one side of the laminations, respectively, and the adhesive is irradiated and activated with a light of a required wavelength immediately before the adhesive exits from an application unit. The laminations are then stacked to a lamination stack. An adhesive application device for carrying out the method has at least one application unit with at least one valve for discharging an adhesive. At least one radiation source is arranged in a region of the valve and emits a radiation and directs the radiation to the adhesive provided in the region of the at least one valve.

In order to produce a clutch pack (), clutch plates are cut from an electrical steel strip or sheet, arranged on top of one another to form the clutch pack () and connected to one another within the clutch pack (). The material of the clutch plates is locally plasticised in the edge region via the generation of frictional heat by means of at least one tool ('), in such a way that the material of at least adjacent clutch plates is mixed with the tool (&#x2032;) such that, after the plasticised material has cooled, these clutch plates are integrally connected to one another. The device used for this purpose has at least one punch press and/or at least one receiving means for one or more clutch packs (). In addition, the device has at least one welding tool that is rotatably driven about its axis and can be moved in a transverse direction to its rotational axis.

The invention relates to a method for producing lamellae for a lamellae package, wherein the lamellae are punched from a metal strip by at least one punching die. At least one part of the contour of the lamella is produced by stream cutting. The method is carried out such that the lamella is still held in the metal strip. The lamella is punched out of the metal strip by the punching die. The stream cutting results in clean cutting edges, which do not require reworking of the lamella. The device for carrying out the method according to the invention has a stream cutting unit upstream of the punching press which has at least one stream cutting head. A wide variety of lamella contours can be cut out of the metal strip with high accuracy using said stream cutting unit.

Method for producing lamellae for a lamellae package, in particular for electrical machines and generators, device having at least one punch press, and lamellae and lamellae package produced according to the method

Plate packs are produced from a sheet-like starting product (), which is cut to form plates, which are stacked to form a plate pack. The plates within the plate stack are joined to one another by a bonding agent. The bonding agent used is a cyanoacrylate adhesive with a high temperature stability rating. It is applied to a wetting layer () for the adhesive. The wetting layer () is formulated to a pH in a region &#x3e;7. The cyanoacrylate adhesive with a high temperature stability rating is able to spread on the wetting layer () such that effective wetting takes place, thus achieving quick and secure joining of the plates to one another.

Method for producing plate packs

The laminated core () comprises laminations (), which are arranged one over the other and which are each connected to each other by means of a first connection (). In addition, at least some of the laminations () are connected to each other by means of a second connection (). By using two connections, the advantages thereof can be bundled, whereby the number and/or size of the connection points can be reduced while the requirement for the laminated core () remains the same or very high requirements for the laminated core () can be met or even increased. Advantageously, an adhesive is used as one of the connections (), while the other connection () can be a form-fitting connection. The adhesive () is applied to the lower side () and/or upper side () of the laminations () before or after the punching of the laminations (). However, the two connections can also be formed by two adhesive systems. Finally, the connections () can also be formed by at least one weld seam and additionally by an adhesive.

Laminated core and method for producing same

A lamination pack for producing stators and/or rotors of electric motors and generators has laminations, stacked and fixedly connected to each other, between which electrically insulating layers are provided. The laminations are connected to each other outside of the electrically insulating layers by an electrically conducting connection.
