A patient transfer apparatus configured to traverse stairs includes a seat assembly, a rear leg pivotably coupled to the seat assembly, a track integrated with the rear leg, and a wheel coupled to a distal end portion of the rear leg. The seat assembly includes a frame with a seat portion. The rear leg is pivotable relative to the seat portion between a transport position and a stair traversing position. In the transport position the wheel is configured to contact a floor, and in the stair traversing position the track is configured to contact the stairs.

Caster assemblies are coupled to the support structure to roll about a roll axis and swivel about a swivel axis. A control system is configured to control brake mechanisms, steer-lock mechanisms, and pre-swivel mechanisms of the caster assemblies based on one or more inputs.

The method further includes the steps of providing a compatible refill that includes a container for holding a volatile material and a wick extending from the container and inserting the refill into the housing so that the refill actuates the movable latch into engagement with a structure disposed on a neck of the refill to retain the refill within the housing. The incompatible refills are incapable of actuating the movable latch, and thus, the movable latch does not retain the incompatible refills within the housing.

An actuator overcap for producing multiple spray patterns includes a cap having a hub with a lower surface defining a socket and an upper surface defining a chamber fluidly communicating with the socket. First and second barrels extend between the hub and a side wall of the cap to define first and second flow paths. A trigger is pivotably coupled to the cap and includes a seal support. A selector is coupled to the trigger, and includes a user-engageable pad and a seal. The seal is configured to closely fit within the hub chamber and defines a central aperture fluidly communicating with the hub chamber and a first notch extending radially outwardly from and fluidly communicating with the central aperture. The trigger and selector are pivotable with respect to the cap to place the first notch in fluid communication with one of the first and second flow paths.

A K-base for a pole mounting system includes a central hub formed as a pentagon with legs extending from four of the five sides of the pentagon. The ends of the legs may splay to form clefts configured to receive a flat outer perimeter of the central hub so that the legs may be bolted to the central hub. The ends of the legs and the fifth unoccupied side of the pentagon may be formed to approximate a disk. In the central region of the central hub, on the top surface, an indentation may be formed to approximate an outer perimeter of a pole configured to be attached to the K-base. On the bottom surface, the central region may contain a depression sized to receive a washer and optionally a weight. Bolts extending through the washer and optionally through the weight may be used to connect the K-base to a pole. The washer may be formed to distribute stress from the bolts on the central hub.

K-base for a pole mounting system

A pole mounting system includes a pole having at least one channel, and a spike having a finger configured to be received in the channel of the pole. The finger is attached to a neck that is configured to extend out of the channel and connect to a connector. The connector may be configured in a number of different ways depending on the particular type of device to be suspended on the pole. For example, the connector may be configured to connect to different types of arms that may be used to hold a flat panel display, or may be configured to hold other things such as a table. The finger is elongate and configured to engage the interior of the channel when the weight of the flat panel display is placed on the spike. Optionally, a spring-loaded pin may be provided to temporarily hold the spike in place while the spike is screwed into place in the channel through the use of set screws. Wire management may be provided within the channel.

Pole mounting system

A universal flat panel display mounting system includes a central hub and a plurality of telescoping arms pivotably connected to the hub. The arms are intermeshed to provide synchronized movement relative to each other. By telescoping the arms to adjust their length, and adjusting the angles of the arms, connection points on the arms may be positioned so that the universal flat panel display mounting system may work with flat panels in different VESA size categories or for flat panel displays that don't conform to the VESA standard. The universal mounting system is configured to enable the pitch of the flat panel display to be adjusted and to enable the flat panel display to be rotated relative to the mounting system. The mounting system may connect to arms or brackets to enable it to be supported on a pole, a wall mounting system, or in another manner.

A hybrid router is disclosed that is capable of operating as a fixed or a plunge router wherein the preferred embodiment thereof comprises a motor assembly that has a housing containing a motor as well as operating handles attached to the housing and operating controls for operating the motor. The motor assembly can be removably installed in either a fixed base assembly or a plunge base assembly. The preferred embodiment has an adjustment knob that is located on the motor assembly that engages depth adjustment mechanisms of either the fixed and plunge base assemblies when the motor assembly is installed in the respective base assemblies.

A flat panel display wall mounting system includes a wall plate assembly connected to a flat panel display mounting rack assembly. The wall plate assembly and the mounting rack assembly are able to be separated to facilitate mounting on a wall. Specifically, the wall plate assembly may mounted on a wall and leveled, while the mounting rack assembly may be attached to a flat panel display while still on the ground. The flat panel display may then be hung on the wall plate assembly. A pitch assembly is provided to adjust the pitch of the flat panel display once hung on the wall plate assembly. A pin connection mechanism is provided to enable the mounting rack assembly to be pivoted out from the wall plate assembly so that the rear area of the flat panel display may be accessed for servicing while the flat panel display is mounted on the wall mounting system.
