A conveyor system includes an endless belt conveyor with an endless belt and one or more curve guide elements arranged for guiding at least a part of a stretch of the upper run of the endless conveyor belt to extend laterally from one side of the support structure and the lower run of the endless conveyor belt.

Conveyor system

The invention relates to a method and a system for batching of supplied objects in batches in such a manner that a batch fulfills predefined criteria as regards for example the total weight range and optionally the number of objects, weight, orientation and/or type(s) of objects. A selective transferal of the objects from means for object transport to batching means is performed by means of one or more handling means of the robot type in as a batch of objects is produced in consideration of said predefined criteria. The batches are produced on said batching means that are moved around said one or more handling means of the robot type.

Method and a system for batching of objects

A device for transfer of items, in particular food items such as pieces of meat, with the device having a base part using a vacuum source, a conveyor belt having a plurality of openings formed in the conveyor belt, a driver for the conveyor belt and a support adapted for supporting the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is arranged in a path or course such that the conveyor belt is supported by the support. Further, the base part has a first part corresponding to a vacuum transport zone and a second part corresponding to a friction transport zone. The invention also relates to a method of transferring items, in particular food items such as pieces of meat.

Device for transfer of items

In particular in the food industry it is needed to provide a regular stream of in themselves irregular pieces, e.g. for weighing and packing, from a store of partly congealed deep frozen food. According to the invention the randomly discharged pieces from the store are delivered to the central area of a revolving table, immediately above which there is disposed an essentially stationary spiral-shaped body which due to the rotation of the table conducts the pieces outwards, thereby increasing their mutual distance, in order for them to be discharged in a single file to a conveyor. The spiral-shaped body is supported and driven to perform a horizontal shaking movement whereby disintegrating congealed lumps of food, so that their constituent parts may equally be distributed evenly along the spiral track. In case the pieces at full capacity are discharged without mutual separation such a separation may be obtained by discharging them to a conveyor having a speed which is faster than the peripheral speed of the rotating table.
