The present invention relates to solid pigment preparations containing (A) 5 to 99 percent by weight of at least one pigment; (B) 1 to 95 percent by weight of at least one water-soluble dispersing additive based on copolymers that consist of the following structural units: (i) 1.0 to 50 mol percent of structural unit B1; a combined total of 50 to 99.0 mole percent of structural units (B2) and (B3); (iii) 0 to 49 mole percent of structural unit (B4).

Easily dispersible solid pigment preparations

The invention relates to a pigment preparation containing (i) at least one organic and/or inorganic pigment, (ii) a dispersant that can be obtained by the polmerization of monomers [A], [B], [C] and [D], where [A] is a monomer of formula (I) wherein A is C2-C4 alkylene and B is a C2-C4 alkylene different from A, and R is hydrogen or methyl, [B] is a monomer of formula (II) wherein D is Calkylene, R is hydrogen or methyl, and o is a number between 2 and 500, [C] is an ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing an aromatic group; and [D] is an ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing an alkyl radical.

Dry pigment preparations comprising non-ionic additives

The invention relates to copolymers that can be obtained by the polymerization of monomers (A), (B), (C) and (D), where (A) is a monomer of formula (I) wherein A is C-Calkylene and B is a C-Calkylene different from A, R is hydrogen or methyl, m is a number between 1 and 500, and n is a number between 1 and 500, the sum of m+n being equal to between 2 and 1000; (B) is a monomer of formula (II) wherein D is Calkylene, R is hydrogen or methyl, and o is a number between 2 and 500; (C) is an ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing an aromatic group; and (D) is an ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing an alkyl radical.

The invention relates to a copolymer that can be obtained by the polymerisation of monomers (A), (B) and (C), (A) being a monomer of formula (I), in which A represents a Cto Calkene and B represents a Cto Calkene that is different from A, R represents hydrogen or methyl, m is a number between 1 and 500, n is a number between 1 and 500, (B) is an ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing an aromatic group and (C) is an ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing an alkyl radical. The claimed copolymers are suitable for use as dispersants for pigments.
