A vehicle measurement device includes a base module, a column module, a cross beam module, and a camera assembly. The column module includes a fixed column, a movable column assembly, and a drive assembly. The fixed column is connected to the base module. The movable column assembly is mounted on the fixed column. The movable column assembly is connected to the drive assembly. The drive assembly is used for driving the movable column assembly to lift or lower relative to the fixed column. The cross beam module is supported by the movable column assembly. The cross beam module is used for supporting a calibration element. The camera assembly is mounted on the cross beam module. The camera assembly is used for capturing wheel information of a vehicle. By means of the structure, the vehicle measurement device can not only calibrate an ADAS, but also perform four-wheel positioning.

Vehicle measurement device and calibration method

An unmanned aerial vehicle parking device includes a parking platform and a blocking assembly. The parking platform is configured to bear an unmanned aerial vehicle. The blocking assembly includes a driving rod and a stop bar, the stop bar is connected to a driving rod, and the driving rod is configured to move between the first position and the second position. When the driving rod moves from the first position to the second position, the driving rod drives the stop bar to rotate such that the stop bar lies flat relative to the parking platform, and the stop bar may not block the blade of the unmanned aerial vehicle from rotating. When the driving rod moves from the second position to the first position, the stop bar rotates relative to the driving rod and abuts against the parking platform.

Unmanned aerial vehicle parking device

A calibration device is provided. The calibration device includes a laser assembly, a calibration bracket and a magnetic element. The calibration bracket includes a loading platform which is configured to support the laser assembly. The magnetic element is mounted on one of the laser assembly and the loading platform, and is configured to attract the other of the laser assembly and the loading platform. By means of arranging the magnetic element on one of the loading platform and the laser assembly, the magnetic element can attract the other of the loading platform and the laser assembly, so that when the laser assembly needs to be mounted on the loading platform, the laser assembly only needs to approach the loading platform and the laser assembly will be attracted to the loading platform due to the magnetic force provided by the magnetic element.

Calibration device

The disclosure provides a method and auxiliary target for aligning a calibration device to a vehicle. The calibration device includes a calibration bracket and a calibration laser emitter. The calibration bracket includes a crossbar. The method includes: placing a vehicle on a horizontal plane; setting a calibration center point; turning on the calibration laser emitter, so that the calibration laser emitter emits two fan-shaped beams, the two fan-shaped beams forming, on the horizontal plane, a first laser line and a second laser line that intersect and are perpendicular to each other; and adjusting a position of the crossbar, so that a point of intersection of the first laser line and the second laser line coincides with the calibration center point and the first laser line coincides with the line of intersection of the central axial plane of the vehicle and the horizontal plane.

Method and auxiliary target for aligning calibration device to vehicle

Disclosed are a calibration system () and a calibration support () therefor. The calibration support () comprises: a base (); a vertical frame assembly (), comprising a fixed vertical rod () and a movable vertical rod (), wherein the fixed vertical rod () is mounted on the base (), and the movable vertical rod () is capable of moving, within a preset range relative to the base (), in the length direction of the fixed vertical rod (); and a cross beam (), which is detachably mounted to one of a first mounting seat () and a second mounting seat () which are connected to the movable vertical rod (), the cross beam () being used for mounting a calibration element, and the calibration element being used for calibrating an advanced driver assistant system of a vehicle. The position of the first mounting seat () is higher than the position of the second mounting seat (); and when moving relative to the base () in the length direction of the fixed vertical rod (), the movable vertical rod () drives the first mounting seat () and the second mounting seat () to move relative to the base () in the length direction of the fixed vertical rod ().

Calibration system and calibration support therefor

A calibration system and a calibration bracket are provided. The calibration bracket includes a base, a stand assembly and a support assembly. One end of a fixed vertical rod is mounted to the base, and a movable vertical rod is mounted to another end of the fixed vertical rod. The support assembly is mounted to the movable vertical rod. A driving mechanism includes a first threaded rotating member, a second threaded rotating member and a threaded fixed member. The first threaded rotating member is mounted to the fixed vertical rod. The second threaded rotating member includes a first threaded structure and a second threaded structure. The second threaded rotating member is mounted to the first threaded rotating member through the first threaded structure and is mounted to the threaded fixed member through the second threaded structure. The threaded fixed member is fixedly mounted to the movable vertical rod.

Calibration system and calibration bracket therefor

The present invention relates to the field of device calibration technologies and discloses a sliding apparatus and an automobile calibration device. The sliding apparatus includes: a guide rail, which includes a first surface and a second surface that are perpendicular to each other, where the first surface is provided with a first sliding groove and the second surface is provided with a second sliding groove, the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove being disposed in parallel; and a plate body, a first sliding member and a second sliding member, where the first sliding member and the second sliding member are installed on the plate body. The first sliding member is movably installed in the first sliding groove and the second sliding member is movably installed in the second sliding groove, so that the plate body is slidable along the guide rail. By using the above technical solutions, embodiments of the present invention can ensure parallelism of the plate body and the guide rail, so that the sliding apparatus can slide smoothly even in a status with a relatively large load.

Automobile calibration device

Embodiments of the disclosure discloses a calibration bracket. The calibration bracket includes a base, a vertical rod, a transverse force application member and a transverse force application mating member. The vertical rod is detachably mounted to the base. The transverse force application member is disposed on one of the base and the vertical rod. The transverse force application mating member is disposed on the other of the base and the vertical rod and is configured to be connected to the transverse force application member to apply, to the vertical rod, a force parallel to the base. A limiting protrusion is provided on one of the base and the vertical rod. A limiting opening is provided on the other of the base and the vertical rod. The limiting opening can allow the limiting protrusion to pass through the limiting opening and snugly abut against the limiting protrusion when the transverse force application member applies a transverse force to the vertical rod. By means of the structure described above, the vertical rod can be quickly mounted to or detached from the base. Therefore, the calibration bracket is easy to assemble and transport.

Calibration bracket

The present invention relates to the field of vehicle correction, and provides a calibration system and a calibration bracket thereof. The calibration bracket includes: a base, a stand assembly and a beam assembly. The stand assembly is fixedly connected to the base. The beam assembly includes a first beam portion, a second beam portion and a connecting portion, the connecting portion being mounted to the stand assembly, one end of the connecting portion being hinged to the first beam portion, and the other end of the connecting portion being hinged to the second beam portion. The first beam portion and the second beam portion can respectively rotate toward each other relative to the connecting portion, so that the beam assembly can be folded. The first beam portion and the second beam portion can also respectively rotate away from each other relative to the connecting portion, so that the beam assembly can be unfolded. In the foregoing structure, the first beam portion and the second beam portion can respectively rotate toward each other relative to the connecting portion, so that the beam assembly is folded, thereby reducing a volume of the calibration bracket to facilitate shipment.

Calibration system and calibration bracket thereof

A two-line laser emitter is provided. The two-line laser emitter includes a housing, a laser emitter base mounted inside the housing, an elastic clamping member, a laser emitter and a pair of rotation adjustment screws. The laser emitter base has a laser emitter mounting hole. The laser emitter is mounted in the laser emitter mounting hole, and one end of the laser emitter is inserted into the elastic clamping member. A pair of rotation adjustment screws are disposed in the laser emitter base and located on the same side of a central axial plane of the laser emitter. The pair of rotation adjustment screws abut against a side wall of the laser emitter in opposite directions on the same straight line. Each of the rotation adjustment screws is adjustable to slightly adjust a rotation angle of the planar ray of light emitted by the laser emitter.

Two-line laser emitter

The present invention relates to the field of vehicle correction, and provides a calibration system and a calibration bracket thereof. The calibration bracket includes: a base, a stand assembly and a beam assembly. The stand assembly is fixedly connected to the base. The beam assembly is supported by the stand assembly, and includes a beam, the beam being configured to mount a calibration element and including a left beam portion, a right beam portion and a connecting portion, the connecting portion being supported by the stand assembly, one end of the connecting portion being pivotally connected to the left beam portion, and the other end of the connecting portion being pivotally connected to the right beam portion. In the foregoing structure, the left beam portion and the right beam portion can respectively rotate toward each other relative to the connecting portion, to fold the beam assembly, so that a volume of the calibration bracket can be reduced to facilitate shipment.
