A multilayer filter material for an interior air filter element of an air conditioning system of a vehicle may include an ion exchange layer including ion exchange particles and a plurality of further layers. The ion exchange layer may directly adjoin at least one of the plurality of further layers. The plurality of further layers may include an active layer including non-impregnated active carbon particles, and an impregnation layer including impregnated active carbon particles. The active layer may be arranged between the ion exchange layer and the impregnation layer. The ion exchange layer may be hygroscopic and may contain ions which form a toxic environment with water. The impregnation layer may include a component of active carbon particles impregnated with potassium iodide and a component of active carbon particles impregnated with potassium carbonate. The component impregnated with potassium iodide may be greater than the component impregnated with potassium carbonate.

Air filter comprising a multilayer filter material

A separator for a separator device, for example a final separator for a final separator device for separating water from a liquid such as oil and/or fuel, may include a filter body including at least one filter material through which the liquid can flow. The filter body may have a first side and a second side. A nanofibre layer may be disposed on the first side in at least one region. The nanofibre layer may be configured hydrophobic. According to an implementation, the nanofibre layer is treated to produce the hydrophobic property. The filter body may have a porosity on the first side that is smaller than on the second side.

Final separator

A multi-layer filter material for an interior air filter element of an air conditioning system of a vehicle may include an active layer having a plurality of non-impregnated activated carbon particles, an impregnation layer having a plurality of impregnated activated carbon particles, and an ion exchange layer having a plurality of ion exchanger particles. The active layer may be arranged between the ion exchange layer and the impregnation layer. The active layer may further include a first ash content and the impregnation layer may further include a second ash content. The first ash content in the active layer may be less than the second ash content in the impregnation layer.

An annular adsorber element may be used in conjunction with a fresh air system of an internal combustion engine for adsorbing particles such as hydrocarbons. The annular adsorber element may include a support structure and an adsorber material. The support structure may be injection molded onto the adsorber material.

Adsorber element, ring filter element

A filter material for an air filter may include a substrate layer on an inflow side and a fine-fiber layer on an outflow side relative to a flow direction. The filter material may include a connection region arranged between the substrate layer and the fine-fiber layer. The substrate layer, connection region and fine-fiber layer may include pores having an aggregate degressive pore size with respect to the flow direction. A combined thickness of the substrate layer, connection region and fine-fiber layer may be at least 0.35 mm. The substrate layer may include a cellulose material and have an impregnation of resin disposed along the inflow side. The resin may amount to approximately 22% by mass of the substrate layer.

Filter material

A filter element for a filter device may include a filter body having at least one filter material for filtering a fluid. The filter body may have a first side and a second side facing away from the first side. The filter body may include a plurality of body pores. The filter body may have a porosity that is lower on the first side than on the second side. A nano-fiber layer may be disposed at least partially on the first side.
