A method for permanently changing the shape of keratinic fibres and a kit-of-parts comprising the agents (a), (b) and (c) packaged separately. The method comprises applying a permanent waving agent (a) to the keratinic fibres, leaving agent (a) to take effect for a period of from 2-60 minutes, rinsing out the agent (a) from the keratinic fibres, applying agent (b) to the keratinic fibres, leaving agent (b) to take effect for a period of from 2-60 minutes, rinsing out agent (b) from the keratinic fibres, applying agent (c) to the keratinic fibres, leaving agent (c) to take effect for a period of from 2-60 minutes, and rinsing out agent (c) from the keratinic fibres. The permanent waving agent (a) includes one or more keratin-reducing compounds, the cosmetic agent (b) includes one or more aliphatic C-Cdicarboxylic acids and/or physiologically acceptable salts thereof, and the fixing agent (c) includes hydrogen peroxide.

Permanent waving method with improved nourishing and wave effect

Methods for styling, in particular for straightening, keratin fibers, in particular human hair, in which (i) a styling agent comprising carbocisteine and/or a salt thereof is applied to the keratin fibers and left there, (ii) the fibers, after a leave-in time, &#x2014;are not rinsed, &#x2014;are optionally dried, (iii) the fibers are mechanically deformed from exposure to heat, significantly minimize the negative consequences of styling and reduce in particular electrostatic charging and hydrophilization of the hair.

Hair straightening with carbocisteine

A method for the permanent shaping and color modification of keratinic in a single process includes the following steps. First, an aqueous composition, including at least one keratin-reducing compound and at least one alkalizing agent, is applied to the keratinic fibers and is left on the keratinic fibers for a period of 5 to 50 minutes at a temperature of 20 to 45&#xb0; C. The keratinic fibers are rinsed, and optionally dried. Next, a composition including at least one oxidation dye precursor and at least one oxidizing agent is applied to the keratinic fibers and the keratinic fibers are deformed. That composition is allowed to act for 10 to 35 minutes. An aqueous composition including at least one oxidizing agent, is applied to the keratinic fibers for 30 seconds to 15 minutes. The keratinic fibers are rinsed out, along with removal of the deformation aids.

Method for the simultaneous permanent shaping and dyeing of keratinic fibers

A method for reshaping, in particular for straightening, keratin-containing fibers, in particular human hair, includes (i) applying a pretreatment agent including amino-functional silicone(s) with terminal hydroxyl group(s) onto the keratinic fibers and left there, (ii) optionally drying fibers, (iii) treating the fibers in the moist or dried state with a reshaping agent which, relative to the weight of the reshaping agent, includes 0.05 to 20 wt. % of guanidine and/or guanidinium salt(s), (iv) optionally straightening the fibers with a comb or a brush during the reshaping treatment, (v) shampooing the fibers with a shampoo which has a pH of 2.5 to 6.5, followed by rinsing and neutralizing the fibers, and (vi) optionally subsequently additionally mechanically deforming the fibers with exposure to heat. The methods distinctly minimizes the negative consequences of reshaping, in particular electrostatic charging and hydrophilization of the hair.
