The method includes disposing a plurality of shielding structures on a transparent substrate; forming a light-shielding film layer on the transparent substrate where the plurality of shielding structures are disposed, wherein a hole is formed at a position, corresponding to each of the plurality of shielding structures, of the light-shielding film layer; and removing the plurality of shielding structures.
