A battery manufacturing method and a battery are provided. The battery manufacturing method includes: providing a first housing, including a bottom wall and a side wall, wherein the side wall extends upward from the bottom wall, the side wall encloses to form an opening, the side wall extends outward from the opening to form a first flange, and a first reinforcing part is formed on the first flange; providing a second housing, wherein the second housing includes an intermediate part and a second flange, the intermediate part covers the opening, and the second flange is in contact with the first flange; and welding the first flange and the second flange.

Battery manufacturing method and battery

The disclosure discloses a battery and a battery apparatus. The battery includes two opposite first surfaces and four second surfaces disposed around the first surfaces, a pole assembly and a busbar. An area of the first surface is larger than an area of the second surface. The pole assembly is disposed on the first surface. The busbar is bent into a first segment and a second segment. The first segment is located at a side of the first surface where the pole assembly is disposed and is connected to the pole assembly. The second segment is parallel to or substantially parallel to a second surface and is used for electrically connecting the pole assembly of another battery.

A battery and a battery manufacturing method are provided. The battery includes a main body portion, a cover plate assembly, a tab portion, and a connecting piece. The cover plate assembly is located on a top surface of the main body portion and includes a pole. The connecting piece is bent into a first section, located on the top surface and connected with the pole, and a second section, parallel or almost parallel to the side surface and welded to a surface of one side of the tab portion facing or facing away from the main body portion. Each of the tab portions extends from one side of the cell body. The battery further includes a housing. The housing is a hollow structure, and the hollow structure is formed inside the housing. The cell is disposed in the housing, and the housing includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The first surface is provided with liquid injecting holes, and the liquid injecting holes penetrate the first surface and do not penetrate the second surface. An orthographic projection of the cell body on the first surface does not overlap the liquid injecting holes.
