An energy storage operation mechanism for a circuit breaker comprises a side plate assembly, a connecting rod assembly, a cam assembly, an energy storage assembly, a rotating shaft assembly and a control assembly. A rotatable driving shaft is mounted in the side plate assembly. The connecting rod assembly and the cam assembly are mounted on the driving shaft. The energy storage assembly and the rotating shaft assembly are mounted at one side of the driving shaft, and the control assembly is mounted at the other side of the driving shaft. The connecting rod assembly is connected with the rotating shaft assembly. The cam assembly can be in contact and connection with the energy storage assembly to push the energy storage assembly to store energy. The control assembly can be connected with the connecting rod assembly and the cam assembly in a latching manner. The energy storage operation mechanism for the circuit breaker, which is provided by the present invention, is compact in structure and high in reliability.

Circuit breaker energy storage operating mechanism

An interlocking device for a circuit breaker comprises a control assembly and an interlocking assembly which are connected with each other in a driving manner. The control assembly can be connected with a connecting rod assembly and a cam assembly of an energy storage operation mechanism of the circuit breaker in a latching manner, thereby controlling the energy storage operation mechanism to finish a switching-on/switching-off operation. A switching-off latch of the control assembly is connected with the connecting rod assembly, and a switching-on latch of the control assembly is connected with the cam assembly. A switching-on guide rod of the interlocking assembly is connected with the control assembly in a driving manner, such that the switching-on latch actuates, and a switching-off guide rod of the interlocking assembly is connected with the control assembly in a driving manner, such that the switching-off latch actuates. One end of a switching-on half-shaft is connected with the switching-on latch in a driving manner, and the other end of the switching-on half-shaft and the driving guide rod face each other. The interlocking device for the circuit breaker, which is provided by the present invention, is compact in structure, accurate in control and stable in action.

Interlocking device for circuit breaker

A tripping mechanism for a circuit breaker comprises a connecting rod assembly and a control assembly, wherein one end of the connecting rod assembly is connected with a rotating shaft assembly for driving the circuit breaker to be switched off in a driving manner, and the other end of the connecting rod assembly is provided with a jump pin which can be connected with the control assembly in a latching manner, and the jump pin is also provided with a U-shaped groove. The control assembly comprises a switching-off latch which is rotatably mounted. The end part of the switching-off latch can be connected with the U-shaped groove in a latching and limiting manner, and the circuit breaker triggers the end part of the switching-off latch to be tripped from the U-shaped groove when being switched off, and therefore the rotating shaft assembly connected with the connecting rod assembly drives the circuit breaker to be switched off. The tripping mechanism for the circuit breaker, which is provided by the present invention, is stable in latching, simple in structure and accurate in action.

Circuit breaker tripping mechanism

A mounting structure for an energy storage assembly of a circuit breaker comprises an energy storage lever and an energy storage spring, wherein one end of the energy storage lever is an energy storage end which is connected with the energy storage spring, and the other end of the energy storage lever is a driving end. An external force can be applied to the driving end, such that the energy storage lever rotates around a lever fulcrum in the middle of the energy storage lever, thereby extruding the energy storage spring at the energy storage end to finish energy storage. One end of the energy storage spring is connected and mounted with the energy storage lever, and the other end of the energy storage spring is mounted in a base support. An energy storage mounting shaft which can be considered as a rotating fulcrum is also arranged in the middle of the energy storage lever. The driving end is stressed, such that the energy storage lever rotates around the energy storage mounting shaft. The mounting structure for the energy storage assembly of the circuit breaker, which is provided by the present invention, is simple in mounting process, stable in connection structure and high in assembly accuracy.

Mounting structure for energy storage assembly of circuit breaker

An apparatus having a conductor passing through a magnetic yoke and is mounted on the bracket, in which the magnetic yoke is fixed on the bracket as well. Above the conductor, a shaft is mounted on the top of the bracket. A push rod is mounted on the shaft and rotates with the shaft about the bracket. An armature, spaced apart from the magnetic yoke, is fixed on the push rod. Adjusting mechanisms are mounted on both sides of the shaft between the push rod and the bracket. Within the adjusting mechanism, a torsion spring is around the shaft. An adjusting rod is provided with a plurality of adjusting surfaces which makes contact with the adjusting mechanism. A spring force of the torsion spring enables the push rod to rotate towards a direction which makes the armature and the magnetic yoke separate.

Adjustable electromagnetic release

A changeable mechanism includes a contact support, a connecting rod, a connecting shaft, a cantilever, and a changeable component. The contact support has a moving contact therein, and rotates about a shaft. The connecting rod bottom end is connected to the contact support, the connecting rod top end is connected to a cantilever through a connecting shaft. The changeable component is connected to and drives the cantilever through a main shaft, and drives the contact support to rotate through the connecting shaft and connecting rod. Rotation of the contact support makes the moving contact and static contact separate or in contact to realize opening or closing a circuit breaker. The changeable mechanism may switch between a manual operation mechanism and an electrical operation mechanism of a MCB. The changeable component does not dispose the electrical operation mechanism outside the MCB, so that height and volume of the MCB is reduced.
