A lighting device, such as a replacement lighting device, comprising a light source (LS), e.g. LEDs, for producing light along an optical axis (OA). A heat sink (HS) made of a material with an electrical resistivity being less than 0.01 &#x3a9;m, e.g. a metallic heat sink being a part of the housing, transports heat away from the light source (LS). A Radio Frequency (RF) communication circuit (CC) connected to an antenna (A) serves to enable RF signal communication, e.g. to control the device via a remote control. Metallic components, including the heat sink (HS), having an extension larger than 1/10 of a wavelength of the RF signal are arranged below a virtual plane (VP) drawn orthogonal to the optical axis (OA) and going through the antenna (A). Hereby a compact device can be obtained, and still a satisfying RF radiation pattern can be obtained. The antenna can be a wire antenna or a PCB antenna, e.g. a PIFA or a IFA type antenna. In a special embodiment the antenna is formed on a ring-shaped PCB with a central hole allowing passage of light from the light source. Preferably, the antenna is positioned at least 2 mm in front of the heat sink (HS).

Lighting device with built-in RF antenna

A networked lighting system is provided which stores, e.g. in a lighting controller node, lighting control data such as scenes or rules based on receiving such data from an application running on a first computer device. An identification of the application which lighting control data was received from is stored alongside this data. When an input is received by (a node in) the networked lighting system from an application running on a second computer device indicating that the lighting control data is to be edited, an application call is executed such that the application the lighting control data was received from is run on this second computer device.

The invention relates to a method and apparatus for controlling one or more controllable devices () in a system. In order to provide the apparatus with a more user friendly interface to control the one or more controllable device in the system, the method comprises capturing an image (), comprising the one or more controllable devices, displaying the captured image (), associating local areas () in the captured image () to the one or more respective controllable devices () on basis of information associated with the controllable devices in the captured image, receiving a user input indicating a selected one of the local areas in the displayed image, determining a command for the one or more controllable devices from the user input associated with the selected local area; and communicating the command to the one or more controllable devices.
