A corrosion inhibitor for a soft water circulation heating and cooling system, wherein the corrosion inhibitor is pentapentanol core hyperbranched macromolecule functionalized by isothiourea and carboxyl, which has a chemical formula of CHO{COC(CH)[CHOCOCHCH(COOH)SC(NH)NH]}. The corrosion inhibitor provided by the present invention is non-phosphorus, biodegradable, non-toxic, low in cost and has good corrosion inhibition effect. Moreover, it has excellent corrosion inhibition performance for circulating heating and cooling systems using soft water as the water source, and can significantly improve the reuse rate of circulating water. The present invention also provides a preparation method of the corrosion inhibitor, which is simple, easy to obtain raw materials and easy to industrialize.

A compound heavy metal chelating agent, which relates to the field of chemical and environmental protection technology, includes dithiocarboxylate functionalized ethoxylated pentaerythritol core hyperbranched polymer and alkylene diamine-N,N'-sodium bisdithiocarboxylate with a molar ratio in a range of 1:1.0 to 1:10.0. The two different structural types of components have the synergistic positive effect. While chelating heavy metals, the compound heavy metal chelating agent alternately combine with heavy metals to form insoluble chelating super-molecular deposits, which has both chelation and flocculation functions. The compound heavy metal chelating agent meets the standard for treating heavy metal wastewater, and low concentration heavy metal wastewater. It has a wide adaptability range, and does not need to add coagulant. Moreover, it is simple in preparation method, easily available for raw materials, low in cost, and easy to be industrialized.

An ethoxylated pentaerythritol core hyperbranched polymer with dithiocarboxylate as side group and terminal group and its applications as a heavy metal chelating agent are disclosed, which relates to the field of chemical and environmental protection technology. The hyperbranched polymer has a chemical formula of C[CHOCHCHOCOCHCHN(CSSM)CHCHNHCSSM], wherein M is Na, Kor NH. A preparation method of the hyperbranched polymer is simple, the raw materials are easily available, and it is easy to be industrialized. The hyperbranched polymer is able to be used as a heavy metal chelating agent. Its special three-dimensional space structure is able to alternately chelate with heavy metals to form a large three-dimensional molecular conjugate with low solubility, strong stability, and compactness, which is able to effectively treat wastewater and waste containing heavy metals.

Ethoxylated pentaerythritol core hyperbranched polymer with dithiocarboxylate as side group and terminal group and applications of chelating heavy metals

A dithiocarbamate functionalized dendrimer with an alkylenediamine core, a dithiocarbamate pendant functional group and a dithiocarbamate end functional group, as a soil heavy metal immobilization amendment, and a preparation method thereof are provided. The dithiocarbamate functionalized dendrimer has a chemical formula of (CH){N[CHCHCOOCHC(CH)(CHOCOCHCHN(CSSM)CH(CH)CHN(CSS M))]}, wherein a is a positive integer larger than 2; b is a positive integer at a range of 0-4; and M is Na, NHor K. The dithiocarbamate functionalized dendrimer with the alkylenediamine core is used for an in-suit immobilization remediation for soil contaminated by heavy metals, and has advantages of a small dosage, high efficiency, safety and rapidness. The dendrimer is able to effectively immobilize exchangeable and carbonated bound forms of the heavy metals, in such a manner that the immobilized heavy metals are able to resist an influence from natural environment for a long term, such as an acid rain.

A preparation method of the pentaerythritol core, phosphonic acid terminated dendrimer (PETA-ADA-12POH) comprises steps of processing Michael addition reaction on pentaerythritol tetraacrylate (C(CHOCOCH=CH)) and alkylidene diamine (NHCH(CH)NH), wherein n is an integer from 1 to 5, so as to obtain pentaerythritol core, amino group terminated dendrimer, and modifying the amino group by methylene phosphonic acid to obtain the PETA-ADA-12POHhaving a chemical formula of C[CHOCOCHCHN(CHPOH)CH(CH)N(CHPOH)], wherein n is an integer from 1 to 5. The PETA-ADA-12POHhas a high calcium tolerance, and excellent inhibiting efficiency of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and barium sulfate, which is applied in inhibiting the formation and deposition in the industrial water systems of circulating cooling water, oilfield flooding and reverse osmosis, and particularly suitable for water treatment with high calcium tolerance.

The star-shaped hyperbranched polymer has an effectively stabilization effect on heavy metals in MSWI fly ash. A method thereof for stabilizing is simple, low in dosage, cheap and without secondary pollution. Therefore, heavy metals leaching concentration in fly ash stabilized production is lower than a limit of Chinese national standard. Furthermore, acid and alkali resistance thereof is sufficient, which decreases a long-term pollution risk in natural environment.
