A laser assisted micromachining system, includes a working sliding, a tool module, a laser module, and a temperature control module for the processing of a workpiece. The laser module is disposed in the working slide and moves with the working slide in three-dimensional space. The temperature control module includes a temperature sensor, a cooler, a controller and a coolant, which detects the real-time temperature value of the cooler. The cooler is located in the working slide and supports the tool module. The controller controls the working state of the cooler according to the temperature feedback. Control signal induced by the temperature indicator, and the working state of the cooler are controlled by the controller. The coolant is used to control the temperature distribution of the cooler in the setting range. At the same time, the invention also provides a temperature control method for the laser assisted micro machining system.

Laser assisted micromachining system and temperature control method using same

Provided is a machining tool, including: a tool head, configured to contact a workpiece to be processed and process the workpiece to be processed; a tool shank including a body and a fixing recess formed by recessing from one end of the body in an axial direction of the body; and a fixing shaft including a shaft body formed by extending from the tool head and a shaft extension extending from the shaft body in a direction facing away from the tool head. The shaft extension is inserted into the fixing recess to achieve fixing. At least a portion of the shaft extension has a non-circular cross-section, and a shape of the fixing recess matches a shape of the shaft extension. Compared with the related art, the machining tool of the present disclosure has high processing precision and good reliability.

Machining tool

A mold includes a lower mold core and an upper mold core. The lower mold core has a first outside surface and a first molding surface including a first molding portion and a first supporting portion surrounding the molding portion. The upper mold core has a second molding surface opposite to the first molding surface and encloses a molding cavity with the first molding surface. The lower mold core includes a first gas inlet on the first outside surface, a first gas outlet on the first supporting portion, and a first gas channel in the lower mold core, the first gas channel connecting the first gas inlet and the first gas outlet. Gas flow out from the first gas outlet to separate the glass product from the lower mold core before the glass product is completely cooled down, which can avoid many adverse effects during the glass product process.

Mold and apparatus for forming glass product, and method of processing glass product

A mold includes a mold component, a plurality of ejector pins and a stop block. The mold component has a molding surface for forming a glass product and a bottom surface disposed opposite to the molding surface. The mold component defines a plurality of passing through holes through the molding surface and the bottom surface. Each ejector pin passes movably through one corresponding through hole and is configured to separate the glass product from the mold component. The stop block for forming a stop on the ejector pins disposed on one side of the bottom surface. Separates the glass product from the mold component before the glass product is completely cooled down by using the combination of the ejector pins together with the stop block, which can make the cooling of the glass product more uniform.

The present disclosure provides a lens driving apparatus. The lens driving apparatus includes a base, a barrel, two elastic members sandwiched between the barrel and the base, and a conductive wire connecting the two elastic members to form a current loop with the two elastic members. The base includes a pedestal and a conductive terminal embedded in the pedestal and electrically connected to outside. The two elastic members are electrically connected with the conductive terminal for driving the barrel to reciprocate in a direction of an optical axis. At least one of the two elastic members is made of memory alloys.

Lens driving apparatus

The present disclosure provides a lens driving apparatus comprising: a base comprising insulated first and second conductive terminals; a supporting frame provided with third conductive terminal electrically connected to second conductive terminal; a barrel comprising insulated first and second conductive wires; and elastic members made of memory alloys and comprising first and second elastic members. The first elastic member has one end fixed to supporting frame and electrically connected to third conductive terminal and another end fixed to barrel and electrically connected to first conductive wire to form current loop for driving barrel to move in positive or negative direction of optical axis. The second elastic member has one end fixed to base and electrically connected to first conductive terminal, and another end fixed to barrel and electrically connected to second conductive wire to form current loop for driving barrel to move in negative or positive direction of optical axis.

The present disclosure provides a lens driving apparatus. The lens driving apparatus includes: a base; a first supporting frame supported by the base body; a second supporting frame supported by the first supporting frame; a third supporting frame covering and fixed to the second supporting frame and enclosing an accommodating space together with the second supporting frame; a barrel accommodated in the accommodating space and elastic members made of memory alloys and configured to drive the first supporting frame to move in a first direction with respect to the base body, drive the third supporting frame and the second supporting frame to move in a second direction with respect to the first supporting frame and drive the barrel to move in a direction of its optical axis. Any two of the first direction, the second direction and the direction of the optical axis are perpendicular to each other.

The present disclosure discloses a method for forming a silica gel diaphragm and a silica gel diaphragm prepared using the method. The method for forming a silica gel diaphragm includes at least the following steps: step S: providing a hot pressing mold, and placing at least a dome as an embedment into the hot pressing mold; step S: injecting liquid silica gel into the hot pressing mold; and step S: molding the liquid silica gel via hot pressing so as to obtain a silica gel membrane which is at least connected with the dome. The method for forming a silica gel diaphragm provided by the present disclosure is easy to conduct and the formed silica gel diaphragm has good performance.

A sound generating device is provided in the present disclosure. The device includes a frame, a vibrating system, a magnetic system, a terminal fixed to the frame, a edge and a conductive pad. The vibrating system includes a diaphragm and a coil driving the vibration of the diaphragm, and the coil is electrically connected with the terminal. The magnetic circuit system includes a yoke, the main magnet and two sub-magnets at the opposite sides of the main magnet are separately made of the insulating material and respectively set on the opposite sides of the main magnet. The conductive pad is embedded in the edge, and the two edges are interlaced at interlaced intervals with the two sub magnets. The side of the edge is connected to the insulation of the frame, and the other side of the edge is insulated and fixed with the one end of the diaphragm which is far away from the coil, and the coil and the terminal are electrically connected with the conductive pad. Compared with the related technology, the sound generating device of the invention has good reliability and excellent acoustical performance.

A mobile communication terminal is disclosed. The mobile communication terminal has Receiver Mode and hands-free mode and switchable between the modes. The present disclosure provides diaphragm and a method for manufacturing the same. The diaphragm includes a first macromolecular material layer, a graphene layer, a glue layer and a second macromolecular material layer in sequence. The first macromolecular material layer is directly attached to the graphene layer, and the second macromolecular material layer is attached to the graphene layer via the glue layer.
