The present disclosure provides a base assembly of voice coil motor and a voice coil motor. The base assembly includes a base body having a first elastic piece connecting area, a lower elastic piece disposed on the first elastic piece connecting area, and a first terminal disposed in the base body. The first terminal has: a first conductive part disposed in the base body; a first terminal connecting part disposed on one side of the first conductive part and extending toward a direction away from the first conductive part, wherein a part of the first terminal connecting part protrudes from the first elastic piece connecting area and is contacted and connected with the lower elastic piece; and an engaging part disposed on one side of the first terminal connecting part and extending toward a direction away from the first terminal connecting part.

Base assembly of voice coil motor and voice coil motor

The present disclosure provides a base assembly of voice coil motor and a voice coil motor. The base assembly includes a base body having a first elastic piece connecting area, a lower elastic piece disposed on the first elastic piece connecting area, and a first terminal disposed in the base body. The first terminal has: a first conductive part disposed in the base body; a first terminal connecting part disposed on one side of the first conductive part and extending toward a direction away from the first conductive part, wherein a part of the first terminal connecting part protrudes from the first elastic piece connecting area and is connected with the lower elastic piece; and an engaging part disposed on one side of the first terminal connecting part and extending toward a direction away from the first terminal connecting part.

The present disclosure provides a base assembly of voice coil motor and a voice coil motor. The base assembly includes a base body having an elastic piece connecting area with a protrusion; a lower elastic piece disposed on the elastic piece connecting area with a first connecting hole, a second connecting hole, and a first trench, the protrusion is exposed from the first connecting hole, and the first trench is disposed between the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole; a connecting piece; and a terminal having a conductive part and a terminal connecting part, wherein the conductive part is disposed in the base body, the terminal connecting part passes through the elastic piece connecting area and protrudes from the elastic piece connecting area, and a part of the terminal connecting part is exposed from the second connecting hole to be fixedly connected to the lower elastic piece.

Provided is a voice coil motor including a housing assembly, a base assembly, a zoom lens holder, a first electromagnetic drive assembly, a focusing lens holder and a second electromagnetic drive assembly. The zoom lens holder and the focusing lens holder are disposed in an accommodation space formed by the housing assembly and the base assembly. The first electromagnetic drive assembly is configured to drive the zoom lens holder to move in a front-back direction and includes a first magnetic steel portion and a first coil disposed opposite to the first magnetic steel portion. The second electromagnetic drive assembly is configured to drive the focusing lens holder to move in the front-back direction and includes a second magnetic steel portion and a second coil disposed opposite to the second magnetic steel portion.

Voice coil motor

Provided is a prism driving device. The prism driving device includes a housing assembly, a prism holder disposed on the housing assembly in an angle adjustable manner, and an electromagnetic driving assembly. The electromagnetic driving assembly includes a magnet portion and a coil portion disposed opposite the magnet portion, where one of the magnet portion or the coil portion is disposed on the prism holder, the other one is disposed on the housing assembly, and the electromagnetic driving assembly is configured to adjust a tilt angle of the prism holder. One of the housing assembly or the prism holder is provided with a support protrusion and the other is provided with a groove, and at least a portion of the support protrusion is magnetically sucked into the groove.

Prism driving device

Provided is a lens driving device. The lens driving device includes a housing, a base assembly, and a lens holder. The base assembly forms an accommodation space with the housing, the lens holder is suspended in the accommodation space, and the electromagnetic driving assembly is located at a side of the lens holder and is configured to drive the lens holder to move along a horizontal direction and a vertical direction. The electromagnetic driving assembly includes a magnetic steel structure and a coil structure vertically opposite to the magnetic steel structure, one of the magnetic steel structure and the coil structure is disposed on the housing or the base assembly, and the other one of the magnetic steel structure and the coil structure is disposed on the lens holder.

Lens driving device

Disclosed is a linear vibration motor including a housing, a vibrator assembly, and a driving assembly. The housing is provided with a circuit board. The vibration assembly is disposed in the housing. A through hole is defined in the vibration assembly along the thickness of the housing. The driving assembly is disposed in the through hole and fixedly connected to the housing. The driving assembly includes an iron core and a coil. The iron core includes an intermediate shaft extending along the length of the housing and two end blocks disposed at two ends of the intermediate shaft. The cross-sectional area of the intermediate shaft is smaller than the cross-sectional area of each of the two end blocks. The coil is sleeved on the intermediate shaft and connected to the circuit board. An external circuit is operative to transmit a driving current signal to the coil through the circuit board, so that the driving assembly can drive the vibrator assembly to perform a reciprocating motion along the length of the housing.
