This disclosure provides a communication method and apparatus. In the method, the first network device receives a first position from a second network device, where the first position is a position of one or more subframes occupied by first information; determines a first offset and configures a multicast-broadcast single-frequency network (MBSFN) subframe, where the first offset is for determining a second position, the second position is a position obtained by offsetting the first position by the first offset, the first range is a position that supports configuration of the MBSFN subframe, and a position of the MBSFN subframe includes the second position; and sends the first offset and first MBSFN configuration information to the second network device. According to the method, the second network device may send the first information on the MBSFN subframe, to avoid time-frequency resource conflicts between the first information and a cell reference signal (CRS).

Communication method, apparatus, and system

This disclosure provides an anti-interference method for a new radio network, to reduce intra-frequency interference caused by a long term evolution (LTE) cell to a neighboring new radio (NR) cell. In the method, a base station obtains network configuration information of at least one LTE cell neighboring to an NR cell, based thereon determines anti-interference configuration information that includes an anti-interference pattern having a plurality of strip areas, in which at least one first area and at least one second area are distributed in spacing, the first area is used to carry a service signal of the NR cell, and the second area is used to carry an interference signal of the at least one LTE cell. The base station sends the anti-interference configuration information to a target user equipment for selecting the at least one first area to carry the service signal of the NR cell.

In the disclosure, the HTPB-PU-modified asphalt includes the following components in parts by weight: 90 parts to 97 parts of a base asphalt and 3 parts to 10 parts of HTPB-PU, where the HTPB-PU is prepared from raw materials including an isocyanate and a polyol, and the polyol includes hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) with a weight percentage of not less than 80%.

Under the blowing effects of an air knife above the zinc pot () for hot-dip galvanization onto strip steel (), the liquid zinc () diffuses and flows outwards to zones (zones I, II, III and IV) comprising the left side, the right side, the front end of the zinc pot, respectively, and a zone between the strip steel () and a furnace snout (), and surface dross rapidly generated on the surface of the liquid zinc () is driven to flow outwards to the zones (zones I, II, III and IV). On edge sides of the zones (zones I, II, III and IV), travelling magnetic field generators () are arranged in multiple sections above the surface of the liquid zinc () in the zinc pot (), so as to excite a travelling magnetic field to generate an electromagnetic driving force on the liquid zinc () to drive the flow of the liquid zinc (). The flow of the liquid zinc () caused by the travelling magnetic field generators () is engaged with the blowing flow of the air knife, driving the surface liquid zinc () in the zinc pot () to flow in order towards a rear end (zone V) of the zinc pot (). The surface dross floating on the surface of the liquid zinc () is driven by the flowing liquid zinc () to flow in a controlled direction.

A fast return method for CSFB user equipment, includes: receiving a trigger message sent by a mobile switching center MSC, where the trigger message is used to trigger release of a circuit switched CS service of CSFB user equipment UE, and the UE runs both the CS service and a packet switched PS service; and sending a radio resource control RRC connection release message to the UE according to the trigger message, so as to trigger the UE to release a radio bearer of the CS service, a radio bearer of the PS service, and an RRC connection according to the RRC connection release message and fast return to a Long Term Evolution LTE network. According to embodiments of the present invention, a delay for the CSFB user equipment to return to the LTE network can be reduced, thereby improving user experience.
