Techniques are provided for training machine learning model. According to one aspect, a training data is received by one or more processing units. The machine learning model is trained based on the training data, wherein the training comprises: optimizing the machine learning model based on stochastic gradient descent (SGD) by adding a dynamic noise to a gradient of a model parameter of the machine learning model calculated by the SGD.

The present disclosure provides a fastener and a fastener assembly. The fastener includes a position limit column, an elastic member, and at least one fastening hook. The elastic member is disposed at a bottom portion of the position limit column, the first fixing member includes a fastening hole disposed at a portion corresponding to the fastening hook, and the first fixing member includes a position limit hole disposed at a portion corresponding to the position limit column. When the fastener moves to a predetermined position, the position limit column falls into the position limit hole and the fastening hook engages with the fastening hole, thus, the fastener is fixedly connected with the first fixing member. This kind of fastener has a simple structure and does not need screws for mounting.

According to an aspect, a method for MRI includes using an MRI system to acquire multiple image echoes of an object. The method also includes combining the image echoes. Further, the method includes generating an image of the object based on the combined image echoes for depicting a characteristic of the object.

The present invention discloses a semiconductor device and a manufacturing method therefor. Conventionally, platinum is deposited in a device substrate to suppress diffusion of nickel in nickel silicide. However, introducing platinum by means of deposition makes the platinum only stay on the surface but fails to effectively suppress the diffusion of nickel over a desirable depth. According to the present invention, a semiconductor device is formed by implanting platinum into a substrate and forming NiSi in a region of the substrate where platinum is implanted. With the present invention, platinum can be distributed over a desirable depth range so as to more effectively suppress nickel diffusion.
