The present invention provides a chain plate flexible finger including a chain plate framework, a pneumatic elastic bellows artificial muscle, and a plastic annular frame. The axial expansion of the elastic bellows artificial muscle is restricted by the chain plate framework to overcome the elastic force of a tension spring to bend, to generate conformal contact between one or more chain plates and an object to be gripped and generate a contact force for a gripping state. With the control of a high-speed on-off valve, the air pressure in an inner cavity of the elastic bellows artificial muscle is accurately controlled to vertically or horizontally grip a cylindrical object, a cuboid object, a spherical object or an ellipsoid object. The flexible finger has adequate flexible adaptability and a simple structure, and is reliable to use, and adapts to differently shaped objects to be gripped and vertically and transversely placed objects.

The disclosure discloses an electric-pneumatic hybrid-driving flexible manipulator with spring framework from plates of special-shaped thickness, including a screw shaft motor, an upper seat plate, guide coupling rods, linear bearings, a driving plate, a push plate, short push rods, connecting rods, a bottom seat plate, flexible fingers, a rotating finger holder, a long push rod, a small support, tension springs, single-head bellows muscles and a ridged push plate. The framework of the flexible fingers is a thickness special-shaped plate spring designed according to the principle of equal strength. In the disclosure, through the control of a motor, an angle between a finger knuckle and a grasped object can be adjusted to realize the adjustment of the position of a contact point. To adjust the position of the contact point of the grasped object, the acting point of the contact force and the direction of the acting force can be selected according to situations, so that the grasping is more accurate and reliable. At the same time, the angle between the finger knuckle and the grasped object can be adjusted to adapt to a larger change in size of the grasped object. In the disclosure, a pneumatic system is large in gain and the pneumatic bellows muscles are light, so that the response is quick and the buffering effect is good.

The disclosure relates to a mechanical hand of a dual-driven special-shaped super-flexible elastic framework. The mechanical hand includes a top plate and a base plate. The top plate and the base plate are fixed into a whole through two groups of guide connection rods. Two lead screw shaft servo motors are disposed on the top plate at an interval. Lead screws of the two lead screw shaft servo motors are respectively connected to a hollow finger front section driving plate and a finger root portion driving plate. Tail ends of the two lead screws are respectively supported on the base plate through two mounted bearings. The mechanical hand further includes flexible fingers. A tip portion of each of the flexible fingers is fixed on the hollow finger front section driving plate. A special-shaped super-flexible leaf spring of the flexible finger is connected to the base plate through a finger root hinge seat. A curved rod of the flexible finger is connected to the finger root portion driving plate through a curved rod hinge seat. The two lead screw shaft servo motors convert rotation movements into linear movements through lead screw nut mechanisms, and different portions of the flexible finger are respectively driven to move. Objects of different sizes and states are reliably grasped. A grasping range is wide. A flexible self-adaption effect is achieved.

The mechanical gripper consists of a palm and two flexible fingers or a palm and three flexible fingers. The flexible fingers are identical in structure, and each one of the flexible fingers consists of an elastic corrugated pipe single-acting cylinder and a series-connection loose-leaf hinge. Each one of the series-connection loose-leaf hinges has a hinge mandrel equipped with a torsion spring, and the characteristic parameters and pre-tightening angle of the torsion spring are optimally designed according to the features of a grasped object.
