A positioning device includes a support member configured to carry a workpiece, a plurality of pins positioned on the support member, and a plurality of telescoping mechanisms positioned on the support member. Each of the telescoping mechanisms comprises a driving member and a rotating member connected to the driving member. The positioning pins slidably pass through the support member and are pivotably connected to an opposite end of the rotating member. The rotating member rotates relative to the support member via the driving member to adjust an extending length of the positioning pins relative to the support member.

Positioning device

A clamping device includes two mounting members facing each other, a driver coupled to the two mounting members and at least one clamping module. Thee driver is configured to alternately drive the two mounting members toward and away from each other. The clamping module includes two clamping members mounted on the two mounting members. Each clamping member includes a guide rod, a clamping block, and an elastic member. One end of the guide rod movably passes through a corresponding mounting member. The clamping block is fixed at one end of the guide rod distal from the mounting member. The elastic member is sleeved on the guide rod and positioned between the mounting member and the clamping block.

Clamping device

A measuring device configured to measure height of a workpiece includes a base, an automatic positioning mechanism and a measuring mechanism. The automatic positioning mechanism includes a positioning block, two clamp modules, and a controlling module. An upper surface of the positioning block configured to hold the work piece is a curve. Each clamp module includes a clamp sliding block. One end of each clamp sliding block includes a trough. The controlling module includes two extending portions, and each extending portion includes a bevel. The two clamp sliding blocks are positioned between the two extending portions and resisted against the two bevels. Thus, the two bevels can move the two clamp sliding blocks. The measuring module includes a positioning sliding block and a measuring sliding block. The measuring sliding block is mounted in a pre-determined distance away from the base to measure the height of the work piece.

Measuring device

A measuring device includes a support frame, a distance sensor and display (DSD), and a measuring arm. The support frame includes a first support arm, a linking rod, a poke rod, an elastic member, and a second support arm. The DSD includes a movable measuring head. A fixed measuring head is arranged coaxially with the movable measuring head to measure a distance between them. The poke rod includes a poke portion and a resisting portion. When the poke portion is pulled towards the first support arm, the resisting portion can resist against the linking rod, and the linking rod rotates to move the measuring heads.

A measuring device for measuring and inspecting various linear dimensional properties of a machined groove in a workpiece includes a fixing base, a measuring assembly, and first and second positioning members received through and protruding from the fixing base at right angles during the movement of the measuring assembly. The measuring assembly includes a measuring member, a shim, and an elastic member, the shim sleeves on an end of the measuring member, and the elastic member resists between the shim and the fixing base. The measuring assembly, together with the first positioning member and the second positioning member, enable the required depth and relative position of the machined groove to be accurately determined and inspected.

A measuring device is configured for measuring a thickness of a wall, the measuring device includes a bracket, a guide assembly, a benchmark member, and a gauge. The bracket includes a base body, a first installation portion, and a second installation portion, and the first installation portion and the second installation portion extending from opposite ends of the base body. The guide assembly is movably received through the first installation portion. The benchmark member is mounted on the second installation portion. The gauge mounted on the guide assembly. The gauge is configured to be rotated by the guide assembly and indicates a measurement when the benchmark member contacts a first surface of the wall, the gauge contacts a second surface of the wall, and a central line of the gauge is coaxial with the benchmark line of the benchmark member.

A testing device includes a position assembly, a benchmark assembly, and a measuring assembly. The position assembly includes a fixing base and a position member movably mounted on the fixing base. The benchmark assembly includes a mounting base oppositely configured to the fixing base, and a benchmark member rotatably positioned on the mounting base. The measuring assembly is positioned on the mounting base. The benchmark member includes a rotating portion and a locating portion coaxially connected with the rotating portion, the rotating portion is movably received in the mounting base, the locating portion protrudes from the mounting base and facing the position member. The measuring assembly includes a loading member movably positioned on the mounting base and a gauge mounted on the loading member.

Testing device

A test device for testing concentricity between first and second holes in parallel plates includes a positioning pole and a test pole. The positioning pole includes a head segment having a tapered positioning portion. The positioning pole axially defines a through hole. The test pole is telescopically received in the through hole of the positioning pole. The test pole includes a test head with a diameter slightly less than a diameter of the second hole. The positioning portion of the positioning pole extends into the first hole with the conic section of the positioning portion abutting against an inner wall bounding the first hole. The test head of the test pole faces the second plate and approaches and confirms the concentricity of the hole in the second plate by sliding the test pole relative to the positioning pole.

Concentricity test device

A depth testing device for testing depth of a screw drive includes a supporting assembly which is for supporting the screw, a calibrating assembly, and a testing assembly. The calibrating assembly includes a calibrating element which presses on the top end of the screw. The testing assembly includes a testing device and a testing probe, the testing device includes a testing member and a testing pole stretching relative to the testing member. One end of the testing probe is received in the testing pole. The reading of the testing member is reset to zero first, then the other end of the testing probe is moved and is inserted into the drive of the screw, recording the reading of the testing member. The depth of the drive of the screw is calculated by the test reading subtracted by the thickness of the calibrating element.

Depth testing device

A test device for testing whether a coaxial accuracy between a test hole and a standard hole of an object is qualified or not includes a base to support the object, a fixing member to fix the object, and a positioning member and a testing member respectively mounted to a bottom and a top of the base. The positioning member includes a positioning pole to be inserted into a standard hole of the object. The testing member includes a testing pole slidably relative to and aligning with the positioning pole. A diameter of the testing pole is set to be equal to a standard diameter of a test hole subtracting a coaxial tolerance of the test hole. If the testing pole is capable of being inserted into the test hole, the coaxial accuracy between the test and standard holes of the object is qualified.

Test device for coaxial accuracy

A test device includes a base rested on an object, an inserting member slidably mounted to the base and contacts a slanted surface of a chamfer of the object, and a test member slidably rested on the base. The base includes a positioning bar abutting a bottom end of the chamfer. A first cutout and a second cutout communicating with the first cutout and positioned in front of the first cutout are defined in a bottom surface of the testing member. A depth of the second cutout equals the tolerance of a standard depth of the chamfer. If a top surface of the inserting member can be received in the second cutout, the depth of the chamfer is qualified. If the top surface of the inserting member cannot be received in the second cutout, the depth of the chamfer is unqualified.

A measuring device for measuring adhesive strength of two-sided adhesive pieces includes a frame, a supporting apparatus fixed to the frame, and a positioning apparatus installed on the supporting apparatus. The frame includes a pull member slidably installed on the frame along a first direction. The supporting apparatus includes a base secured on the frame, and a supporting assembly slidably installed on the base along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The positioning apparatus includes a supporting plate slidably installed on the supporting assembly along a third direction perpendicular to the first and second directions, and a number of pulling blocks. Each adhesive piece is adhered between the supporting plate and a corresponding pulling block. Each pulling block is connected to the pull member to be pulled up to disengage from the supporting plate, thereby measuring the adhesive strength of the adhesive piece.

Measuring device for measuring adhesive strength of two-sided adhesive tapes

A measurement apparatus includes a workbench, a loading mechanism fixed to the workbench, a deformation measuring mechanism, and a stress meter. The deformation measuring mechanism includes a slide beam, and a displacement meter. The loading mechanism includes a guiding shaft extending through a to-be-tested coil spring. A measuring pole of the stress meter, the sliding beam, and the guiding shaft are coaxial. Opposite ends of the coil spring are respectively abutted the slide beam and the loading mechanism. A measuring pole of the displacement meter is connected to the sliding beam. When the stress meter slides towards the slide beam, the displacement of the detecting pole of the displacement member is equal to a change of a length of the coil spring, and recorded by the displacement meter, and a value of a force applied to the coil spring is recorded by the stress meter.

Measurement apparatus for measuring elasticity coefficient of coil spring

An apparatus for testing an angle between first and second legs of a torsion spring includes a board, a limiting block and a pin sandwiching the first leg, a positioning member positioning a main body of the torsion spring with the limiting block, and a test block including a bottom wall slidably contacting the limiting block, and a first sidewall and a second sidewall. Angles between the bottom wall and the first and second sidewalls are respectively minimal and maximal values that equal 180 degrees subtracted by an angle within a qualified range between the first and second legs. The first and second sidewalls is moved toward the second leg in turn. If a bottom end of the first sidewall and a top end of the second sidewall both can contact the second leg, the angle between the first and second legs is qualified. Otherwise, the angle is unqualified.

Angle test apparatus for torsion spring

A deformation testing device includes a base holding a workpiece and a testing machine arranged on the base. The testing machine includes a distance-measurement device and a force-applying device. The distance-measurement device includes a distance meter metering a moving distance of an elastic portion of the workpiece and includes a measurement probe. The force-applying device includes a force meter and a transmission member. The force meter slidably is mounted on the base and includes a force-applying post. The transmission member includes a first post and a second post secured to the first post. The first post is aligned with the force-applying post transmits a force from the force-applying post to the elastic portion. The measurement probe abuts against the second post. The force meter applies and measures a force acted upon the elastic portion through the force-applying post and the first post.
